I visited this location two back to back days, and both times the food was good and service was excellent. At most other mcdonald’s you don’t always get great service and the food is a hit or a miss, so I had to say how much better this one was than usual. These bad reviews on here do not reflect my experience. The lady that served me yesterday and the girl at the drive thru window today were so kind, it made a difference in my day cause I wasn’t expecting it. They totally surpassed my expectations in food and especially service. Great job Venus mcd’s

Husband ordered a McRib, ate half way through it only to realize there’s MOLD! Tried calling the number listed on my receipt, got no answer! We couldn’t even finish our food because we were sick to our stomach… do better McDonald’s!!!!

I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers with ketchup and mayo only. I grab my bag and leave to find out there’s only two. No big deal, that one’s on me for not checking the bag. I head back and let them know and I hand them receipt to get me the last cheeseburger. They bring out the bag and I leave again. Tell me why it’s a single cheeseburger with all the toppings on it? Did they even read the receipt? I don’t even care about the cheeseburger. I ate it regardless. It’s the fact that I went out of my way to go back and get that burger and it was still messed up. McDonald’s being McDonald’s I guess

I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s tonight. I placed and paid for my order through the mobile app, assuming everything was open and operating normally. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that the location was closed. There was no notice in the app, no warning before checkout, and no indication that I should not place the order.
What made the situation worse was the interaction at the restaurant. When I spoke to the employee there, he seemed like he did not care at all about the situation or the inconvenience it caused. There was no apology, no attempt to help, and no explanation, which made the experience feel even more frustrating and dismissive. It was embarrassing to show up expecting to pick up food after already paying, only to be turned away at the window. It also felt like a complete waste of time and effort. Situations like this should not happen. If a restaurant is closed, the app should clearly reflect that and prevent customers from placing and paying for orders. Overall, this was a very frustrating and poorly handled experience, and it left a really negative impression. I expect much better coordination between the app and store operations, as well as better customer service when issues like this occur.

To start their soft drink machine has been down for 3 days now. The lady at the first window was calm and polite no problems there, the second window the guy was running around inside like crazy didn’t know what we ordered and immediately gave me a happy meal and told me to move to the next window at the next window the same guy told me he gave me the wrong happy meal and gave it to the customer behind me. After waiting for 10 mins at the other window they finally got my order correct. The guy who is handling the food needs to calm down and think!

Drive-thru order.
Ordered a big mac, got home and saw it was a quarter pounder. I think the 4 guys at the window were too occupied trying to talk to a car that was full of girls in front of me to get my order correct. Also I ordered a medium and for some reason they automatically up-charged me for a large combo. Then I got a medium…not sure what’s going on here but I’d strongly suggest management start making some changes to staff or training. Judging by previous reviews it doesn’t seem like there’s any effective way to fix my order.

I don’t understand why the reviews for this location are so low. I’ve been about a dozen times since they’ve opened and my order is always correct, the food is always good and the service is fantastic. Whenever we dine in the dining room is always clean.
