This is the worst Wendy’s that I have ever been to. Not even the chili was hot. The fries we’re repeatedly dipped in the fryer and you can tell by the texture. They were cold and extremely crunchy and most, of them were burnt.

The person working the drive thru around 3pm today in Benton was probably the rudest person I’ve had the displeasure of taking my order. I asked them for specific items to be customized, and was met with rudeness. When I was at the window, I asked them three times how their day was going, and they were non-responsive. When I showed them my phone for app points, they said, “make it brighter!” I then, asked them to cancel my order and we went to Zaxby’s at Alcoa and ate.

I came in and was noticed 3 different times by employees. Never greeted, just cut eyes towards me and back to work they went. After seeing all the flies and dirty restaurant, I decided to leave. I was a bit leary about the emptiness of the place when they should be busy and I now know why. Good luck running a business this way.

So we go in and order our food. At this point everything was okay. Get our drinks. Over to the fancy drink machine, no ice. Go back to the front counter. Ask for ice. They didn’t know the drink machine did not have any ice even though the previous customer had to come back and get ice. Back to the drink machine. That’s when I noticed how nasty it was. See the picture. More than half of the drink flavors were out. Received our order sat down to eat. Ketchup pump Ran out Didn’t have any more and they didn’t have any salt.

Service is always excellent and prompt. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, even when they’re in a hurry. The mobile app really adds a lot of value and speed to your trip, which is great when you’re in a rush.

They have remodeled the restaurant but they are still serving the same horrible food. It wouldn’t be as bad if they would make the burger when you order it. The meat wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese

I had Wendy’s last night and it was amazing! I hadn’t been in a very long time, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was good and tasted great. My fries were not fresh out of the grease, but they were edible. I had the 4 for 4, the double cheeseburger, 4 piece chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. That’s a really great deal for what you get. I’ve had the Baconator fries and they are delicious! So good!
