This restaurant has the best Cantonese dishes! Everything was so delicious! I have tried all other Cantonese cuisine in Philly Chinatown but this one is definitely the best of all! Atmosphere is a little lacking but the service was excellent and food was excellent! Highly recommend!

The food came out quickly, and the tea was hot.
Here we had the pork in garlic sauce, scallion pancake, and the wet fried rice with seafood was my favorite. Not your usual customer service either, compared to your typical restaurant but they were nice.

We came here for a family special occasion and we were very pleased with the service we received. All the dishes were good (just a little smaller portion sized). This place was our family’s normally go to place from before but we just haven’t been back cuz parking in Chinatown can get a little crazy on the weekend. Will definitely return for the next dinner.

Extremely disappointed by the hidden costs here. Be aware that they automatically tack on a 20% mandatory gratuity regardless of your party size and do not tell you to trick you into giving more tip, plus an additional 4% surcharge just for the ‘privilege’ of using a credit card. It’s a shame. Stay away.

It’s really been awhile since I visited Jade Harbor in Chinatown. The restaurant itself still doesn’t look clean to me, but they did keep their food quality. It didn’t go downhill. The new young waiter was very helpful and friendly. If I ever need late night dinner spot in Chinatown, I would probably come back.

I came here on Tuesday, August 30 at 6:12 PM with a group of ten and we were actually seated right away. We had the top floor to ourselves for a while which was nice and staff were quick with our foods. I also really liked that they gave us oranges and wet towelettes at the end. It went well.

The Chinese Lady gave table to other group of ten people who came after us while we are only FOUR people. I argued and she said because they are larger group they got table first. That does not make any sense! I am so dissappointed! I know those group of people are their regular customer because they are people from the church I know. But I am also their customer!! You have lost my respect madam! Bad service! Am not coming back again!
