want to start by saying the food was amazing, as always. My wife and I come here every Monday night, and the quality is consistently great. We’ve always had positive experiences with the staff and the management, which is why what we witnessed this time stood out so much.
While we were there, a customer was being extremely disrespectful and rude to the employees. We were seated near the drink area and could clearly hear everything. This individual actually threw his food on the ground and took a picture of it, which was shocking to see. The young man with the glasses handled the situation very professionally—he apologized sincerely and even offered to remake the food and provide a cookie, despite the customer’s behavior.
We personally know the manager, and he always makes sure that customers are taken care of. The staff genuinely tries their best, so it was hard to believe how rude and aggressive that customer was, especially since he appeared to be associated with Vanderbilt.
It’s also worth mentioning that the store was completely clean when we arrived. We were there before that group, and the place was spotless—clean enough that you could eat off the floors. By the time they left, the area was completely destroyed, which clearly was not the fault of the staff.
Overall, the employees handled a very difficult situation with patience and professionalism. That customer clearly had personal issues and took them out on the staff, which was unfair. We just wanted to make sure the workers and management are recognized for doing an excellent job despite being treated poorly.

I would leave a 0 star if I could. I went to pick up food and there was a large wad of hair in one of the subs. This is DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE! Not to mention a biohazard. I could not recommend this location less. YUCK!!!! I cannot imagine what the workers could have possible done to make a sandwich so disgusting. Not to mention, the staff was super rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them by politely ordering. I am left very frustrated.

Apparently this franchise doesn’t let you redeem rewards or points in the store? Makes no sense. I had to order my food online while in the store just to redeem my points. I’m not sure if the guy at the counter was just misinformed or if this is actually a policy in this store- however, either way it’s kinda crazy. This caused me to have to wait an additional 15 min for my order simply bc I had to order online

The gentleman working the register was so sweet and polite. He called me by my name! And of course the food was delicious as usual.

Their foods are a bit more pricey than what I eat back home. Used to paying $22 and paid $35. I got the grilled chicken footlong and my husband got the meatball footlong. His was different because it didn’t have no top layer which wasn’t used to that. It was soooo good the cashier was super sweet. She asked if I wanted deli mustard and that it was a little spicy but not really spicy at all. It wasn’t. Back home they ask if you want it heated or toasted and they didn’t ask that but the bread came out super soft and delicious the way they made it. Hands down best sub I’ve had!!

Very clean location. Feel like the sandwiches are shrinking to keep prices consistent but that has nothing to do with this store in particular. I did have a question concerning a side item for a kids meal and I’m not certain if it was just a misunderstanding via a language barrier or possibly just my perception but the answer I was given almost seemed argumentative. I was only inquiring about what choices were available but was informed that anything other than what was chosen on the order from the app was an impossibly, A man that seemed to be the GM chimed in with a response that if I had wanted something different then I sould have selected it at the time I made the online order for a small fee , which was fine. He then added that Anthony else would be sold additionally at regular menu. I didn’t want to be a problem so I just stopped talking and walked back to my table.
