This is a really nice McDonald’s. Well lit and very clean. The shake was delicious. Right across from a CVS pharmacy and Chase Bank.

This McDonald’s is the opposite of my stereotype of a fast food restaurant. When I think of a fast food place, I think of sticky floors, maybe someone mopping with a dirty old mop, napkins everywhere, and nasty bathrooms.
This McDonald’s was clean from top to bottom. I’m talking clean floors, clean tables, clean windows, clean condiment section, and even clean ordering screens (no nasty little kid paw prints all over like other places.)
But, what separated THIS McDonald’s from the others was Carla, the manager. When Carla saw me, she came right up, “How can I help you, KC?” That should tell you something right there. You see – I was wearing a KC Royals polo and a KC Royals hat. So, she had me smiling from the first sentence. She continued to have a smile on her face through the entire interaction and said just the right amount of jokes – you know, not like we’re best friends and not like she had planned out corny jokes. Just friendly. I hope that her positive, friendly attitude, and genuine sense of happiness to be there is an example to the other employees. There should be more people out there like Carla.

Very rude staff, they love to pretty much toss your order at you. The drive thru staff hands drinks out with the lid not sealed down and then they get made when it spills out on you and rushes you out of the thru. Worse service then poverty areas!

Overall the outside looks well kept.
Inside, staff periodically wiped tables off and somewhat on to the floor but didn’t clean the floor.
Took 5 minutes to be recognized at the counter.
Staff was pleasant food and drink were quick. Food wasn’t fresh , drink was good.
Tv was blittering not picking up a Chanel – adjust or turn off please
Plenty of parking and handicap parking

Made a mobile order (yes on Christmas, their location said they were open) the mobile app took my money when we got there it look as though cars were going through the drive-through. I put my number in to say what spot I was in, I waited. Nothing. Went to use the door, locked. Went through the drive-through, no response, called no answer. Annoyed.

This used to be the best mcdonald’s. Now, ever since the pandemic, all the good employees have disappeared. I eat here about once a week for close to twenty years. One out of three times they get your order wrong. Please check your order before you leave. This morning. I was in a hurry and did not check my order. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin, and I got a sausage biscuit with extra cheese. I also ordered a breakfast burrito with mild sauce, and they gave me three packets of hot. First world problems, I know, but it’s getting ridiculous.

Manager was working super fast! He was getting everyone’s orders left and right! Staff were really nice and the atmosphere was great. The tables were all clean.
