Usually very good. The food that we actually got was good. People working there were nice enough, but they forgot part of the order – biscuits and mashed potatoes. I’ll certainly go back, but I’m going to go through the bag more thoroughly.

I arrived here around 9:30 to pick up a delivery order. The restaurant was still open but they had locked the doors so no one could get in? I tried knocking for attention and the employee inside tried waving me into the massive drive thru line, which was totally ridiculous. Delivery drivers don’t have the time to do that, we need to be able to pick up orders when we arrive.
If you’re going to close your dining room early, then you need to shut off delivery orders. It is completely unacceptable to send us there for orders that cannot be picked up. This wasted over 30 minutes of my time, having to contact Uber support to get the order canceled after driving there for nothing. I didn’t get paid, and even got in trouble for not picking it up when it wasn’t possible to do so! The customer also didn’t get their food. Really inexcusable behavior from an unprofessional business.

I stumbled upon this KFC yesterday afternoon and went through the drive thru to order a Famous Bowl with no corn and a water.
The young lady at the drive thru window was friendly and just lovely.
My food was made to order and very good. The water was cold and refreshing – so good on such a hot & humid day, I chugged it down rather quickly.
The area is very busy, but I was in and out quickly. This location is fairly close to route 8. I will definitely come here again in the future when work brings me to this area.
In my opinion, this is one of the better Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants around, if not The Best one…

Great KFC !! Friendly, fast & accurate order. Good selection of dinner sides & great value for your money. Restaurant is clean, along with their bathrooms. Location is “Easy on & Easy off” route 8, Pershing Drive exit or take Division St. I Definately recommend this KFC. Give this Derby, Ct. KFC a try. Please give a “Like or Thumbs Up” on my review. Every now and then, you walk into a place expecting the usual—and instead, you get something great. That was my experience at the KFC in Derby. The dining room was clean, spacious, and updated with those classic KFC red benches that were actually pretty comfortable. I ordered the $7 box with chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy, a biscuit with buttery spread, and the apple turnover bites for dessert. Everything came out fast, hot, fresh, and just right. The crew was exceptional and friendly and efficient, and the value? Booming. Derby location KFC done to perfection—just a flat-out enjoyable experience from start to finish.
