Sometimes White Castle is good, sometimes it’s gross. We were starving after a busy day late at night and White Castle was one of the only options to DoorDash. Everything was good. Not super fresh, but warm at least. Definitely not anything award winning, but WC does hit the spot at times.

I often have a good experience here. However sometimes there are not so good experiences. The ladies on shift the morning of Veterans Day were pleasant and speedy. However i was asked if i wanted pickles on my order when there wasn’t an indication i didn’t want them. Please just stick to the order as placed in the app and make things easier for all… Good job otherwise

At first they had a crew at night that was horrible. I reported them and every since every shift is very respectful and has great customer service. The morning crew has always been good. Its clean as well

The food was piping hot which means it was made fresh! The shake was thick but not as flavorful as I had hoped. The service was friendly and efficient. However, I could tell that the cashier was being distracted by others working inside with her. Overall I have no complaints. I try to avoid places like this because of the lack of healthy options. However, this was a good throwback to a time where I remember eating these all the time. Definitely worth a stop if you pass a local location.

Ginger and Carmen have both been Great to me recently. There were a few bumps on the journey to this review but here we are. The Food is great and the people are real people not auto-pilot employees.
I was even able to recover my mother’s Mobile phone. After she left behind in the womens bathroom. Kudos Team! And whoever had the good integrity to turn it in. You’ll get your blessing and this White castle will get more business
Update: I placed a mobile order and arrived after the pick up time given and still was told i had to wait 3 minutes on burgers. This is unacceptable and defeats the purpose of placing an order ahead of time to pick up… and then it was closer to 15 minutes before i was able to get my food. The Manager on duty was also yelling at the employees in what I consider to be an inappropriate tone and manner. They may accept it but that doesn’t m@2?+ake x6

I visited today and the Kirkwood Team gave me EXCELLENT customer service!!! I had a 4 hour drive home (that’s the closest to my house) after visiting STL for a concert. I always hit up WC whenever I’m near one.
The Team took extra care with my Crave Case and wrapped each slider extra for the journey home.
They even wrote a sweet note on the box wishing me safe travels!!!!

Placed an order, “2 original sliders with cheese, no pickles”. Received 2 sliders with pickles, no cheese. She confirmed it. Funny how we both got it wrong! In spite the mixup, the lady (#700) working the drive thru gave outstanding customer service. Very friendly and such a warm smile. Job well done!
