The establishment as well as the people at this location are great. Yes; it is a fast food place but the quality of the products is great. The fact that they offer sandwiches, wraps, salads, pizza, pretzels and soup is very helpful when trying to please a crowd.

Surly staff don’t even say thank you for a $5 tip to make a sandwich. Store not honoring national Subway promotions. Long wait even when no one is there. Sandwiches are relatively under-portioned. This is why Subway is dying.

The subways in our area were all bought recently. They fired all the employees and brought in their own families. The quality of the food has gone downhill. Hardly any meat all vegetables. And they were out of chocolate cookies at lunch time. Will never go back.

Fresh food and friendly staff. The environment is well kept as are the bathrooms. The food is pretty fresh. As with all Subways, I sometimes question how long certain foods are kept out and exposed during the day. Out of all the many times I’ve received service here, I’ve only once had a wait to place my order. I do wish their napkins were easier to access (you have to ask them for one).

The staff here (at the time of writing) are really fun and energetic. Not your typical “what do you want, process you through, done” bland type of fast food experience. It’s upbeat and the food is good, like they take pride in it. I wish more places understood that atmosphere really makes the difference between an OK place to eat and an exceptional one. These guys are doing it right.

This particular Subway has really good staff. I was able to have a couple fun conversations with them while ordering. The sandwich I ordered was very tasty and it was fresh. I ended up getting a grilled chicken sub on Italian herb and cheese. While I ate the sandwich I got on my phone to fill out the subway survey and got a free Cookie (if you’re eating there I suggest you always do this, you’ll get a free Cookie every time). I ended up choosing the strawberry cheesecake Cookie and it was delicious! It was fresh, chewy, and tasty. Overall I had a great experience and can’t complain about anything.

We went in on a Friday in the late afternoon. Nobody was there. The employee who was the only one there said people usually go to the Subway’s in Kenai or Soldotna. We struck up a little conversation. She was busy making sure everything looked good and was in proper working function. She had the place looking spic-and-span and made a pretty good sandwich-usual for subway.
