The $10 Carryout Special was a great deal. They didn’t skimp on the 5 toppings like the Dominos near me, and their pan pizza was as good as I remembered it.
There were about 6 people in front of me when I went to pick up, but the wait was less than 5 min. Staff was cool and laid back. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, and I don’t care for fake cheeriness. As long as they aren’t rude, I’m okay with that.
When the pizza is done right, most people won’t bother to leave a review. The 3.2 average score is way too low, considering that the quality is much higher than Dominos and Papa Johns.

Very disappointed in this store and their service. I would have never sent this meal out to a paying customer at all. Health code violation all across the board this pizza looks like someone else order this meal and they canceled the order so they sent it to us. A VERY DISAPPOINTED PAYING CUSTOMER THAT WIL BE CALLING CORPORATE ON THIS STORE.

If I would have got the right order, it would have been much better. I ordered a large pan veggies lover and got a cheese and olive pizza. Their area manager ask if I wanted a free pizza or my $22.00 back. I told him a pizza would be fine. He never got back to me, no free pizza. First time trying them and the last. I don’t like people who tell you something and don’t deliver. People check your order before you leave because quality control is not a priority for Pizza Hut.

I got a large 3-topping “original” stuffed crust pizza. Mind you it had been many years since I had ordered from a Pizza Hut and I was carrying the nostalgia of the former butter tasting thick yet crispy crust. This was not that. Where did it go? If nostalgia ever tempts you for the real original crust, forget about it. Keep pressing whatever gourmet brick-fired pizza you’ve come to rely on.

Came here last week for dinner and the wait was extended beyond the scheduled pick up time. Went back the next week. As I opened my pizza I noticed it wasn’t cut okay cool whatever I can Do that even tho it’s not my job to do so. But it’s a visible hair embedded in the pizza box near the pizza…. Now that I cannot do. Who wants to eat hair? Called customer service but no answer at the direct store. Who’s driving 15 minutes back for another pizza in the rain?!

FIRE EVERYBODY!! No one wants to do customer service. When i came in, loud music was playing in the back, and a manager was walking around the outside on the backside, smoking and on the phone. I stood there for at least 7-10 min b4 a worker came from the back. There were 2 workers within sight that never said a thing to me; they were making pizzas, trying their best NOT to look up! I was alone at first and by the time they gave me my pizza, there was 4 of us waiting. The manager came in, walked right past us (still on the phone) and said nothing. Walked past us to go out and still said nothing. The restaurant looked dirty and trash all on the floor. Now the workers making the pizza do a good job, the pizza is always on point! If I could give customer service a -10 I would!

This may have been the best pizza I’ve gotten from Pizza Hut. Ever!! I got the Edge pizza and it’s amazing, they stayed true to the advertisement about the toppings being all the way to the edge. The only thing to complain about is the curbside. I ended up going inside to get the order. The surpreme edge pizza is amazing.

No ice, no carbonated soda, no clean plates. I had to go up to the counter four times. First because the waitress brought out four kids cups (3 with water, 1 with Dr Pepper) and they were all hot with no ice. I asked the woman for ice, she brought the ice and then I realized there was no carbonation in the drink. I went up to the counter again, the other worker states “hey we don’t use those drink machines they don’t work” and directs me to get a bottled soda. Then the food comes out. The waitress brings no plates. Back to the counter. Ask for plates. Waitress comes to the table with a stack of sticky, visibly dirty plates. Back to the counter to ask for paper plates. None in the restaurant. They hand me four paper individual size boxes. Back to the table to realize there are no napkins either. And you guessed it, back to the counter for napkins. At that point I just asked for boxes to take our food home. Now, at almost 10pm we are sick to our stomach and I’m very sure it’s from this place. The people who work there are nice but the quality of the food and the sheer lack of any amenities you’d expect of a restaurant are baffling. We will never go back.
