Visited this McDonald’s recently and had a very good experience.
The service was quick and friendly, the order was accurate, and the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, which is always important.
A convenient spot for a quick meal, especially if you’re in the area or stopping by with kids.

This McDonald’s location really goes above and beyond for a fast food spot. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and genuinely seem to care about getting your order right. Even during rush times, they keep the line moving, and I’ve never had an issue with my food being cold or wrong–a rarity in fast food!
The ambience is clean, bright, and surprisingly inviting. Seating is spacious, and they even have a working ketchup dispenser–which is a super rare find these days! It’s those little things that make the difference. Plus, the open fountain drink station lets you mix and match your drinks, which I love. For consistently good service and fresh food, this McDonald’s deserves a solid five stars!

Lisa was one of the best employees we’ve ever had serve us at any McDonald’s. Her interpersonal skills were outstanding — she was kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. We would definitely recommend coming here just to be helped by her. Unfortunately, we can’t say the same for some of the other employees, who spoke to her very rudely in front of us while she was being nothing but nice to everyone. For the most part we’ve been happy with this location… It has changed in recent days: My husband was there early (about 6:30) to buy some breakfast sandwiches and a hot chocolate… The person who was at the drive thru (male, tall, dark hair, wearing glasses) asked 3x for a repeat … 4 Egg McMuffins with sausage and a hot chocolate no whip… He was then told the hot chocolate machine wasn’t ready yet ???? In frustration, husband drove off with nothing making sure he looked to see who was the attendant… A few weeks ago the same thing happened in store with basically the same type of order. Two #2 and two extra sandwiches with a decaf and hot chocolate no whip spoken 3x. We wound up with 3 sandwiches, decaf, no hash browns, no hot chocolate… It’s ridiculous…. The individual needs to possibly be retrained or reclassified… As a result my husband will no longer patronize this location… I will only go late in the afternoon or early evening…

This used to be the better McDonald’s in the area. I’m not sure if under new management or what happened but it’s now the worst .
Ordered using app. Shower up five minutes later and gave the order number and the food wasn’t ready. No other customers in the drive through and no one waiting in designated parking spots. Two different guys came out while we waited asking what we ordered. They had already confirmed the order number so I know they received the ordered. We finally got out food about ten minutes later. Ten minutes isn’t bad at most restaurants but unacceptable after ordering online using their app. Food was hot when received but no one started cooking the food until five minutes after we arrived not when we placed the order on the app. MO42.

Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:23 the morning after a dental procedure. Couldn’t eat hot food.
Got there at 10:40. Would have been great if it was 17 minutes cold.
They hadn’t made it and refused to because breakfast was over.
A woman CLAIMING TO BE A DIRECTOR lied to my face and assured me the charge would be cancelled and I’d get my “app reward” from Monopoly back.
Neither happened.
They still charged me for the food they refused to make me.

There’s plenty of McDonald’s around this area, but this one has the highest reviews for a reason. Your food is made to order and hot. The chicken nuggets and fries were exceptionally scorching hot. I love it. The restaurant is also clean.

Whoever is in charge of taking orders is doing a poor job. Why did i arrive before one car in the drive through to be told one moment and the other car comes later and gets their order ordered before mine. THIS LOCATION SUCKS.

After being told to pull into number 2 at the curbside with a car directly in front of me, they then send a women with a black shirt to the window. Emily rudely said again to pull up to 2. So we not only have to back up and make sure we dont hit the car behind us, but also not hit the car in directly in front of us.
As Emily is closing the window she decided to say something very rude under her breath, which of course im going to ask her what she said. She said nothing with the look of ‘oh I’ve been caught on my face’. Ive had my fair share of absolute crap experiences. But this one tops the cake. I work in the service industry. To literally see this type of disrespect is ridiculous.

I had to wait 25 minutes to pick up the Uber eats order. I tried to call the staff three times to check for my order, but they simply ignored. If the management is reading this review then please discipline your staff.
