Let me start off by saying I love little ceasers … but this dang location is THE WORST! Every time I go in i try to give them the benefit of the doubt been 3 times now and I am officially done with this location. The pizza is always either burnt,paper thin, or loaded with so much cheese it’s an oily mess ( which duh its pizza i know its greasy) but to the point where theres pools of oil dripping from the box onto the counter ? No not okay . Save your time and energy take the 3 min extra drive to camino el norte location..

First, I love little Caesars pizza. Unfortunately, I have a lot of problems coming into this place. I ordered an hour in advance and it still wasn’t ready. The place was filled with disgruntled customers. They really need to hire more people for it being as busy as it is. The breadsticks were excellent, but we ordered a deep dish pizza and some of the pieces only had a couple pieces of cheese on them and for some reason they cut it wrong. I’ve had problems with previous orders too. Unfortunately, I keep coming back because it’s the easiest place for me to get pizza, but I might have to start going someplace else.

Stopped by this Little Caesars while we were out of town and had a great experience. I ordered when I arrived, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Our pizza was ready within about 15 minutes, and it was fresh, well baked, and enjoyed by the whole family.

We have ordered from this place a few times. I’m convinced that the people that work here don’t know how to read or know how to make food.
We got two pizzas that were “supposedly” made fresh.
Burnt, dryed and 3 hours old. I don’t know how anyone at this location still has jobs. Fire the whole crew and start over. Such a disgrace

I ignored the low rating and ordered two classic pepperoni pizzas for pickup. Unfortunately, the reviews were accurate.
Neither pizza was properly cut. When I got home, I had to use a knife just to separate the slices, and one pizza had crisscrossed cut lines that clearly showed a lack of care. One pizza was passable in terms of cheese and sauce but noticeably overcooked. The other tasted either old or severely overcooked and was skimpy on cheese.
At this point, the issue goes beyond a bad day. With an overall rating under three stars and multiple recent reviews saying the same thing, it is clear there are serious quality control and management problems. This location needs retraining, closer supervision, and a serious reevaluation of standards.
I will not be returning. Free pizza would not even be enough to make this worth another visit.

I ordered cheesy bread and they said a it would take around 30 minutes, after the time passed I went in to check and they didn’t even start making my order and continued to say 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later my order still wasnt ready and after getting my food, it was all burnt. While waiting, there were multiple people waiting to order and there was no one there to take their orders. People complained multiple times and the workers weren’t complying.

I ordered on 04/10/2025 around 3:10pm-3:20pm I paid $11 something for this and barely has any meat I should have just gotten the pepperoni one for $9 something what a disappointment ridiculous how much they charge for mear when they barely put anything. Also they made my order wrong the one with just pepperoni had no cheese on crust like I ordered. Plus the pizza didn’t taste good like it usually does but I need to get to work and I’m not able to take it back to the store .

Not a single customer in sight, there was about four people working. My husband walked in to place an order for 3 pizzas and there was a girl with a ponytail with her airpod in one ear talking to her coworker, ignoring that he just came in and was waiting to order. He asked if shes working because she did not acknowledge him at all. Also, what they told him is that theyre only taking online orders. Really? at this hour (8 pm) when they have 3 other people working? They need to put a sign up next time or switch the employees they have up front. Customer service was not in sight.

So I ordered a thin crust pizza with italian sausage pepperoni and extra cheese. I also asked that it be cut in triangle slices. This was all repeated back to me. When I got it, it had no italian sausage and no extra cheese. It was cut in little squares. When I pointed out the squares, she said oh, that is how we cut thin crust pizzas. This was the second time I had asked for triangle slices. These people dont care. You order and they make what they want. Oh well, there is another pizza place down the road.
