I ordered curry with rice and was really disappointed with my experience. The rice and curry were both cold and the meat was very tough and difficult to chew I think it had been microwaved. So I asked to microwave or make hot again. On top of that, the wakame salad tasted overly sour and really unpleasant not fresh at all. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience and not worth the money.

I ordered from the menu thinking it would be much better then taking one that was already boxed in the refrigerated display. I was surprised when it was delivered to my table just like this. Really low quality sushi roll. Even supermarket sushi taste better than this. Total was CHF29.40 – really not worth it. Didn’t realize it was a fast food joint. The photos on the in-store menu are really deceiving.

Unfortunately this was not good. The food was not fresh at all. It was even warm as if it was staying out. Unfortunately aswell the staff were not good. They didn’t take our order as we were waiting for 10mins if not more. We were the only people in the place. We ordered drinks along with our food and they didn’t bring them down and we had to go up and ask. This place has great potential but at the moment, I would not recommend it.

Used to be really good sushi in Geneva, however it’s not the case anymore. Sushi used to be freshly prepared, now you are just served stale sushi sitting in a box in the fridge. Freshened is key in sushi… and it’s lost at sushi shop. Sad to see quality deteriorate so much

Sushi is overpriced and not yummy at all with a bland a mushy consistency which is very unexpected as I have eaten in one of there branches before and it was good. However on the bright side the staff was friendly and efficient and when I complained offered to give me a refund or remake the sushi. I had no time to have it remade so I simply accepted the refund and left. Will not be returning.
