The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly food was good! When paying gentlemen asked if we could purchase a plate for him so we did. The staff provided the gentleman with his food and beverage. The staff was very friendly to us & the gentlemen

I’m sitting here in my car right now in total shock about the items that I just consumed in your store. The sign reads: “happy in a cup.” But all I can think of is how full my cup was of depression.

The best part about my experience tonight was being able to utilize the Restroom facilities due to the fact that I had been holding my bladder for approximately 17 hours. After 5 visits to the young lady at the cash registry, my order never became the item I ordered. To this very second…I’m confused about what I ordered. One minute there was cookie dough. The next there was no dough but tons and tons of chocolate Ice cream (I ordered vanilla). The next time I went up there was the no ice cream and only small chunks of chocolate. And by the time I got my order during the last attempt, I had received the very same wrong item that I had been given at the beginning of my order 45 mins prior. Tonight was going to be a very special evening with my soon to be bride. After hours exploring the nearby scenic routes of the reservation, we approached your Dairy Queen with high hopes. But we are leaving tonight with broken hearts, unmet expectations, and a mouthful of depression. I don’t know what else to say other than I grew up in Texas and always had Dairy Queen, but my entire world has been turned upside down-similar to the melted blizzard that could not be turned upside down due to the poor combination of mixed up ingredients and lack of customer service at your location. The next time I come back I’ll stick with only using the restroom and saying hello and good bye. This is why I do Bluebell.

Went in because there was a long line in drive thru, but stood at the front counter. No greeting, yes they are busy getting orders but greet your customers. No order number was called an waited while we should’ve got our meal. Hire someone friendly.

Wanted to grab a fast meal you gotta wait almost 30 minutes to go through the drive-through and some of the staff can’t take orders through the drive-through they start yelling through it. Once you pay for it, they sthrowing your change at you. And giving you bad attitude.

The drive thru was not a good day. A guy yells at me over the intercom then. When I get my order they did not offer me a top for the blizzard I ordered. And they took forever getting my food. It’s usually good but the order person needs to work on eddiquite.

You need to better Train the people you got taking orders at the drive thru. They have major attitude and aren’t kind. Rude behavior and very impatient while a elderly person i was with was trying to order. It definitely was so disrespectful. I would definitely make all your staff do a courtesy training fast because whoever you have needs to improve their people skills. He should have known better.
