So we pulled here after doing some Christmas shopping and it was only one other car in front of me so not busy at all. I live 6 minutes from this location I got home and let’s say this was a waste of my $40 we definitely could have ate elsewhere. I ordered wings and things. The wings were cold. The fries were cold and the bread was horrible like how does the bread taste stale. Total disappointment and waste of my money. More than likely will not return to this location. I will say I’m thankful the tenders were warm I did eat 2 tenders and gave one to my child as she said her food did not taste good either.

This isn’t even the worst Zaxby’s I’ve been to. It’s the worst fast food joint I’ve been to. Absolutely trash. Be prepared to wait an hour in the parking lot after ordering your food through the app, watching everyone else get their food. And also be prepared to pay for a 5 piece chicken tender, get home, and realize they didn’t put it in the bad after you paid and waited an hour. I would give negative 5 stars if I could, because this has now happened twice in a row

Nope. Too busy and they can’t handle it. I was there for almost an hour for a salad with no chicken (garden salad) and a Zax snack. Then when I received my salad it looked like this. Half eaten looking. ‍♀️ I thought I was being pranked. I parked and took it in and another customer said “that’s some BS!” They “fixed” the salad but I doubt if I’ll visit this location again. I usually go to the one in Stockbridge. A lil hood but they get you together the first time.

Edit: Brought the new salad home and it had bacon underneath the old cucumbers that were underneath the lettuce. By the time I picked the slimey cucumbers and bacon out I didn’t even want it anymore.

We usually go through drive through on Sundays after church 🙂 staff is alway friendly. I do have a gluten allergy and sometimes they forget to put it in a separate bag and it’s on my chicken if they could make sure that when someone says they have an allergy they take some extra care we would so much appreciate it. We love this location just a friendly suggestion from someone that wishes she could still eat bread
My husband always orders so much food church makes him so hungry

I moved from Conyers to McDonough in March 2025 and we started visiting this Zaxby’s because my family loves it. This Zaxby’s has been ok but the last 2 times have not met expectations. The service is subpar, the food was sloppily placed on the plate.. not to mention our Wings n Things was wrong when the server brought to our table.. the Fries were cold, the wings were lukewarm.. my 3 Tenders or shall I say nuggets were hot.. they forgot our dipping sauces both times (when the food initially came out and when they brought it back out after correcting; each time my wife had to ask for it). I wonder why people come to work and don’t really want to work. I’m going to be honest.. this food was nasty tonight.. I am leaving and have to go get something else to eat.

This was truly the worst tasting wings I have ever had. They were cold, hard, and dry. Placed an online order and sat in the store until it was ready so I opened it as soon as it was up. Only thing hot was the fries. Extremely disappointed. Had no time to correct this as we were on a time limit.

The wife and I had a couple bad experiences some years ago but have had wonderful experiences since that time. Today, we we nt to newer one on Jonesboro Rd. Nice folks, fast service, good food. We got an Asian Salad and a Cob salad. Both were excellent.

I was at this restaurant today and my visit was a disaster. I did a mobile order and my pickup time said 9 minutes for two salads. I waited and waited , so I went inside and was greeted with complete rudeness and lack of care. To wait almost an hour and still no service. I asked for cancellation instructions and they yelled go ahead and make the salad after nearly an hour waiting. I walked out and called Zaxby’s customer service for my refund. I will never return. Management needs to evaluate their reviews. This location is nothing like the great service in the Conyers location. This location is trash.

Horrible customer service. Stopped in around 1:30 p.m. on December 19th. Only customers in the restaurant and I noticed 3 employees sitting in booths on their phones. Waited 5 minutes at the counter as employees in back ignored us and the same 3 continued to be on their phones. And the 5 minutes one young lady finally waited on us and made me feel I was bothering her. Other 2 employees still in the booths on their phones. One young lady gets called to come back to work..she goes behind the counter still on here phone and starts to wait on someone without washing her hands. This was a terrible experience no wonder the restaurant was empty. Management please look at your cameras. They got my last $27..

I made an online purchase and I get to the store and management told me over and over that they don’t see an order for me even after me showing them my order receipt from the app over and over again. They made a big scene in front of other customers. Then someone walked from the back with my order and the manger continued to be rude. Honestly they have messed up my last few online orders and that’s why we don’t order from them as much as we used to. This location is terrible. I normally pick up orders at night on my way to work and the food has been terrible.
