I love taco star carne asada fries. But this locations never lets the fries cook all the way. Idk if it’s out of laziness but the fries are always cooked for like 30 seconds max same with the meat. And the staff here is kinda rude.

We had to feed a large group for a couple of days. The first time we fed them with carry out from here was all it took. The group only wanted Taco Star. Even though these were multiple items, all of them were still fresh when we got them home. Super tasty too!! Favorites were the shrimp plate, the rolled tacos, chimichanga, and anything with carne asada.

Mane, i come here all the time for breakfast or sometimes lunch but mane the customer service here is nonexistent, the irony is that they have a “Tipping” option on the receipt you sign and I never give them shit. When you do the bare minimum. The language barrier is not an excuse i been too many places where language was a divider and still receive amazing service these folks here just don’t care and the food is 50/50 with quality.

One of the worst places I’ve ever eaten. Rolled tacos were flavorless and the corn tortillas were like cardboard. Avoid this place, there are SO MUCH better small private owned Mexican food places that are 100x better. This place makes Taco Bell look like gourmet food.

We always get takeout and it is always delicious. They sometimes mess up our order, or miss things but they never charged us for things they miss. It’s just a bummer to get home and not have what we thought we ordered. I particularly love the Carnitas burrito.

Used to come here everyday for a breakfast burrito. However, on the way home I had a restroom emergency and the jerk at the deak wanted to argue it was for customers only. Congratulations, you just lost a loyal customer.

Don’t go here! The food is okay at best and . If you are white they over charge you. When you call them out they laugh and shut the window if you call nobody speaks English. Awful and they are go to Albert tacos. They charged me $15 got home and this is what I got.

Updated to add photo of the two containers of salsa that they gave me. Only realized after I sat down to eat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. GO TO THE ONE ON FILLMORE INSTEAD.
This location is so odd, I was a regular, I came in got breakfast burritos, then one day a younger guy who still works there at the drive through, strikes up a conversation about my work (I was unemployed), culminating in him offering to talk to his boss about potentially hiring me. (I’m Mexican and bilingual)
After this happened. They started treating me very odd. Barely talking to me and there was a noticeable tone change when they saw me come to the window. I have taken to going to a slightly more far away location, they treat me so much better there.
I cannot recommend this location, i just can’t. This isn’t how you build a customer base. But then again I’m not a restaurant. This location sucks. The franchise has great food. But I personally dont like this place anymore.
