Love Wendy! She gives the best lunches and dinns! They got that real good juicy squared patty! Cheesey burger and fries! Chill chili and baked taters! Salads and such so…. Once again, this store falls below Wendy’s standards consistently as usual. Why does it have to be this bad? Can they not cook a chicken sandwich, have a decent manager that doesn’t look around the corner at you like you’re the problem and actually say “have a good day”? I haven’t eaten here in months and honestly, I’ll never be back. Good riddance.

stopped in here for a large half cut iced tea, a single, a small fry. i pay , leave, take a drink of tea; its peach tea. I turn around go back through drive through, the girl at the window says i made it its not peach, i said yes it is. mgr makes a new one; same thing peach in tea; i say you know what just make me a coke. Go to park to enjoy my lunch; the coke is fine, french fries are fine, bite into my sandwich, spit it right back out( the hamburger is not done, raw pink meat! I feel like throwing it all in the trash at this point! I think no, i’m a paying customer that got less than i was promised, so i call up there, explain about my burger; i’m very embarrassed to even have to call, return yet again and wait in line. The mngr never dealt with me, a girl at the window who was kind and listened, told me to pull forward, and she’d bring out a burger in replace of mine. I told her she could look at it, she said they couldn’t take it back through the window. Why is it so hard to get good service, standard service; does no one not care anymore??

My husband and I placed our order at 1:20. We were waiting on change for a $20 bill from the cashier. She had to get the manager and he didn’t come up there for 30 minutes.. He was standing in the kitchen part laughing and talking to 2 men that were working. Our food was cold. He was rude terrible terrible customer service

Kitchen area around register was unclean, employees where yelling at each other. Got there at 10:15am to order breakfast and by the time they came they switched to dinner so no breakfast. Stood at register for 16 min before someone come over to take order. Sandwich wasn’t warm and fries where mushy and drinks at fountain where not good either.

Every time I go I use the drive thru. The cashiers working the window is always nice and polite. I’ve had to be pulled forward a few times because we normally place a order for 6 people, but they always have it to us pretty quick.

This is easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I can say I’ve had in quite a while. I stood by the counter for around 10 minutes while multiple employees walked past me, some wearing Airpods. The ketchup pump looked crusty and appeared to not have been cleaned in at least a few days. When I finally got my order taken, it took the same amount of time to receive my food. The staff were all talking with each other like there wasn’t a line waiting to have their we taken. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here even if it was a life or death scenario.

Wendys in Centralia, common sense in 96 degree weather don’t hand frosty ‘s out then have your customer pull up to wait on order to get cold fries. Now I not only have melted frostys but cold fries!
