First thing you experience when you walk in is a friendly greeting! We sat at the bar and our waitress was very attentive. Food was amazing and the portions were perfect. We also got mimosas off of their broad beverage menu. They have a TouchTunes that adds a nice ambiance and isn’t distracting to the conversation. A wonderful family place and I’m looking forward to visiting again when I’m back in town!

First time dining here and pleased with the experience. We were greeted by the friendly owner, Mary Pat. The place is bright and nicely decorated. The food was very good and the portions were plenty. I felt our server should have checked back with us to make sure all was okay, but she still did a good job. We will definitely return!

This is our second time eating at Broad Street Diner. We came through the area last summer and searched for a restaurant with gluten free breakfast options. They have a delicious Philly cheesesteak omelet, grits and GF toast which hit the spot. Friendly and clean atmosphere. Good coffee too. We definitely seek it out when coming through the area!

We arrived at 11:50 am hungry and ready to eat. We placed our order and waited. And waited. And waited. A table of four across from us got up and left because they had been waiting an hour and the cook had not even started on their order. After an hour and ten minutes, we left. The cook had not started on our food either. I do not recommend this diner unless you’ve got all day to wait on your food. It’s a shame because I heard the food tastes pretty good. Guess I’ll never know now.

This place was almost completely empty at lunch time, so we were seated quickly and our food came out fast. The food was good, especially for diner food. The ambiance is that of a beach diner. Bright and lively with a nautical theme, but the decor is pretty generic and somewhat sparse.

Talk about a hidden gem. I felt at home as soon as I was greeted at the door, the staff was welcoming and super friendly. The food was amazing. I had the Philly cheesesteak, can’t say enough about it, except that I loved it and will be returning on a regular basis.
