It’s such a cute little place with a great view. The sandwiches we ordered were absolutely delicious! You cant beat the price to have great food, friendly service, and a “show” (the great blue heron having his lunch outside the window!).

Recent update: Quiche today was great. Continue to highly recommend. Closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Open Tuesday through Friday 0730 am to 2pm.
This place was phenomenal. The pasta salad was the best I have ever had. The ham corn cowder soup and ham and cheese quiche was great as well. I’m from the south so it’s hard to find good iced tea in the north country but her tea is on spot! The atmosphere was cozy and nice. We sat inside and watched the river flow. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful view to sit and eat with. We saw a little turtle swimming around. Food was good and the coffee was amazing! Definitely recommend grabbing a cup (or two).

My husband and I came for the quiche of the day and avocado toast. AMAZING, quick, and cheap breakfast. Beautiful view. Checked all the boxes.

Pleasantly surprised by this unassuming charming restaurant. The food was excellent!
The raisin French toast served with fruit on the side and bacon or sausage was yummy. Our grandson had the quiche with sausage, tomato & cheese was the BEST I had ever tasted, my grandson ate the whole thing . We bought cookies for the road because they looked so good. Thank you for making our visit memorable

Great place for a quick breakfast. The quiche of the day was excellent. My husband enjoyed his bacon and home fries. The coffee was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Ordered a charcuterie board for an event. Everything was fresh, and very tasty. The items she chose paired well with each other. The mixture of textures and tastes were perfect together. Thanks for the ‘thoughtful’ reply. I had no idea that you had a Facebook page. In any case, I don’t wish you any ill will, and have adjusted my review to neutral. When we stopped by, there wasn’t even a sign on the door to indicate that you were not open or when you would open again. Since you clearly monitor your google reviews, it might have made sense to also update your opening hours there. Best of luck! Original review: I was really looking forward to trying this place, but it wasn’t open when we showed up (past 9am) on a Wednesday morning in August

Had there been a note on the door stating we are away then I would have moved along. Thing is there wasn’t and you expect me to go to another page seeking the information. I’m out looking for food not doing research from my car. Since you had to be snarky about it, I ended up at New Way Lunch up the road. The staff and food were great especially their corned beef hash(homemade) and have no intention of visiting your business in the future should I be in the area.

Stopped in for breakfast and what a perfect find it was. Great prices, incredibly fresh food and coffee was from a roaster in the finger lakes. Owner was cooking and she was friendly, bathrooms were clean and the river view was a wonderful added bonus. We will definitely be back!
