Food was not fresh (brown lettuce, wilted greens), beef was inedible with the beef and rice dish – it was like trying to eat jerky. The pho was a much darker broth and im used to a lighter broth. The broth of the pho had fair enough flavor but honestly I worry about quality control when greens arent fresh and food isnt cooked properly

We did call and ask for a refund of the beef and the person on the phone did say they’d speak with the manager and get it refunded but we’ll see. We usually go with Vans but unfortunately can be difficult to get ahold of on certain days but in this case going forward we’ll wait it out

A cold day calls for pho! It was my first time trying this place. I ordered a vegetarian pho with snowpeas and broccoli. Ordered online and the food was ready on time, piping hot. Everything was packaged neatly, so no spills in the car. I thought it tasted flavorful and wasn’t too salty with all the mix-ins and sauces added. If halal meat options are available, I would definitely like to try more variations.

Delicious Pho and friendly service. You use an app on a tablet at the table to order. They offer add-ons to your pho like “extra yum-yum”. Very close to Albany airport. Bring a jacket the dining room was chilly for me.

Best pho broth I’ve ever had! Cozy atmosphere, not super busy, and the staff is very friendly, but gives you your space. Overall great place to stop in for lunch or grab takeout!

I’ve ate Vietnam pho beef noodles across the U.S., but this noodle is the worst one I tried. Although it is the cheapest one, i didn’t expect the pho noodle is too oily to be put on my mouth. The bow is small and noodle are not very ungenerous!

We ordered Pho noodle soup. First thing to do is taste the broth. Which I did…it was so tasty and delicious. No need to add any other ingredients besides for hotness. Everything was disposable, from the bowls to the utensils. I would recommend any of the Pho bowls in the menu. I will definitely go here again if I’m in the area.

This place is abysmal, they charge extra for every little thing such as adding meat to your soup. This would be fine if I were asking for extra but they don’t put anything in the soup to begin with, they just give you broth and noodles. They offer no combination items or anything on their menu. This forces you to pay $3-$5 for each meat you want to add to your broth, which is mediocre at best. I always ask for extra limes with my pho and I never get charged because it is already included in the toppings, however this restaurant likes to charge you a dollar for literally one extra quarter slice of lime! This place is incredibly cheap and you can tell their food quality is lacking because as other reviews state, they serve in disposable eating utensils and bowls that come pre-prepared and shows the food is not made fresh. I used to work at the Mr. Subb next door and their food deliveries came in a white (unrefrigerated obviously) GMC Suburban, the delivery was not ingredients to make the food fresh in store, but already pre-prepared and portioned meals which is why it comes in plastic ware. The only reason I can see why this place gets good reviews is because there are not many Vietnamese places around here so you think they are your only option but this is not true!!! I beg of you if you want good quality pho at a better price please go to VAN’S in Albany on Central Ave. They offer a wider selection of dishes, that are of way higher quality that is made to order, their service is amazing and they will not nickel and dime you along the way.

Worst pho I’ve ever had. The broth was pure MSG, the meat was paper-thin and looked almost fake, and everything was served in disposable bowls and dishes, making it feel like a cheap takeout meal rather than a proper restaurant experience. I never thought pho could be this bad. We were starving, but I couldn’t even eat it. I ended up giving my food to my poor husband, who only ate it because he was absolutely famished. We will never be coming back.
