As a first time customer with a gift card, thought we’d try this eatery. Food was delicious, staff were friendly and reasonably priced. We both got the salad bowls, one with ground beef, other with chicken. Would highly recommend because this restaurant was clean. Only thing I would change for the better would be the overhead music. Perhaps something a bit more relaxing while you eat; maybe some Mexican music would be fitting.

I order a burrito bowl without rice (cilantro tastes soap 🙂 ), so my burrito bowl has adobo chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, cheese and sour cream.
These are the very same ingredients as a burrito without the rice or tortilla and it costs $10.59 for the burrito or the burrito bowl.
Since I don’t have rice, I like to have my lettuce on the bottom to soak up the juices from the beans and the meat. Apparently, if they put the beans on the bottom, it still costs $10.59, BUT if I have the lettuce on the bottom, it’s a salad and it’s $11.59.
So it’s a dollar more just to rearrange the very same ingredients! When I said it’s not a salad, the guy (the only guy there, Mike?) said that because the lettuce was on the bottom, it was $11.59. We went back and forth a little and I finally told them to just make me another burrito bowl. He dumped the first burrito bowl (which I didn’t think was a problem, just wasteful) and made a new one with the beans on the bottom and everything else the same.
It’s not necessarily the $1, it’s paying the extra for the very same thing based solely on the layers? I don’t think that’s right.

Ordered online and was given this pathetic little burrito… Thought maybe its fillings would make up for its stumpy size. But nope. Just as disappointing on the inside. Basically just lettuce and rice. Hardly any steak and was completely missing jalapeños, cilantro and chipotle ranch.
And of course, there’s no way to file a complaint on the Moe’s app!
Was going to give two stars because they are generally alright if you order in person… But decided against it because it’s ridiculous that you cannot count on online ordering. Their portions are consistently garbage unless you’re there to stare them down while they make your food. We’ve had several disappointments with this location in the past, so finally decided to leave a review after this experience.

First time customers. The staff was very helpful answering all our questions. Everything was fresh and delicious. They had a great combo deal for $9.95. We were stuffed. The condiment bar was clean with a big variety of choices. The restaurant was spotless. The staff recommended we join their app to get some nice deals. Thanks!

The whole staff had to be high out of their mind…didn’t say “Welcome to Moe’s!” to anyone the whole 15mins I was there. I said it was a to go order off the get go and they asked me 3 more times throughout the experience. When I brought up that they never said welcome to Moe’s they just said they didn’t see me, and I was like “isn’t it y’all’s policy to not charge if you don’t say welcome to Moe’s” and then they said yes and proceeded to charge me. Then they placed my meal on a tray as if I were eating there and not to go. The cashier got it right within a minute but still weirdest Moe’s experience I’ve had hands down. The food was excellent tho so I can’t complain too much tbh.

Honestly I never usually leave a review and I’ve never had a single problem with a moes ever, but staff was awful. I had two orders, (bowl and quesadilla) asked for a quesadilla without cheese (person that wanted it can’t eat dairy products) the maker was ok before than, then proceeded to act off and rudely said to a girl coworker “she’s getting a quesadilla without cheese” and she rolled her eyes. Not sure what the hell is wrong with those two rest of the staff was fine
