This was, without question, one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had. Not only did I find hair in my food — which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling — but when I attempted to call the restaurant to address the issue, no one answered the phone.
To make matters worse, the service was rude and dismissive. There was no sense of urgency, professionalism, or accountability. When customers are paying for a meal and an experience, the bare minimum expectation is cleanliness and respectful service. Unfortunately, neither was delivered.
This situation reflects a serious lack of attention to quality control and customer care. I expected far better, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Walked in on a slow afternoon. No other customers. 3 people were working there actively making sandwiches for online orders. I order my one regular sub. And I wait. 5 minutes later they are still making subs for a large online order and they haven’t started min at all. I get fed up, tell them to cancel my order, leave, and within 3 minutes have purchased and received Chipotle from 2 stores over.

I understand that you’ve had some recent bad experiences with online orders, and I guess you’re paying it forward making sure that the walk-ins are just as ticked off at you.

As soon as I walked in I was asked what I wanted rudely, and then ignored. I had to repeat my order to her once she decided to pay attention to me. My boyfriend asked for extra bacon and they literally only put one more piece of bacon on. $2.15 extra for ONE piece of bacon is insane. I was completely rushed through the toppings, to the point where the worker closed up my sandwich before I could ask for everything I wanted. I thought this was strange because there was nobody behind us, there was no rush to get orders done. The cashier rudely asked me if I wanted chips or a drink, and was extremely impatient even though we were still waiting for my boyfriend’s sandwich to be finished. I left without fully getting what I wanted and have a bad taste in my mouth from this experience.

App order supposed to be ready at 7:02 after ordering around 6:45. Walk in 7:05 not ready. Come back 7:15 still not ready. Come to find out they’re taking care of walk ins first so despite me ordering 30 mins ago I’m sitting there watching them waiting on orders for the 2 people in line who can’t seem to decide. Didn’t get my food until 7:25. Literally 40 mins after app order. Never again.

Service was slow and the staff were friendly but accosted by whom I assume was the boss who shouted SHUT UP to one of the employees. I don’t know seemed very unprofessional. Overall got weird vibes from this jersey mikes. Will not be going back to this location.

We’ve only been here a few times, but the food quality has been perfect every time. Once, they forgot a sandwich, but immediately made it right and had it ready when I returned. Great service and food.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would.

We put an order in through the app at 6:15. It said 40 minutes. We arrived at 6:50 hoping it would be done as most stores are usually quicker than the estimate. At 7:12 the people told us they just got our order and started making our food.

This is disgraceful. There was another customer in the store that had been waiting longer than us. This store makes making a sandwich a chore. Avoid it like the plague. Go to the one in Gateway Overlook.
