The food was delicious, we tried the croissants, meringue, and ice cream, and everything was fresh and full of flavor. They also have a small but well chosen selection of wines.
Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone looking for excellent food and warm, professional service.
their #1 . Even though, I mostly now go for a café latte a guava croissant and of course their deliciously baguettes. You need to try their tuna sandwich, wow!! Amazingly good.
In miami I can say they are the best.
Highly recommend and truly worth a visit.
Thank you!
The woman who took his order, appeared to be in her 50s, was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. My dad simply asked what “passion” meant on one of the cakes, and instead of giving a normal explanation, she snapped at him with a condescending “It’s a fruit, duh. It’s passion fruit.” He was asking to be informed, not talked down to like a child.
When he asked about another cake flavor, she doubled down on the attitude and said, “The cakes are expensive. Are you going to buy one?” The way she spoke to him made him feel profiled and judged just because he walked in wearing his construction clothes after a long day of hard work. He was literally trying to buy a birthday cake for my sister, not beg for free samples.
For my father to come home upset and teary-eyed over how he was treated made my blood boil. No customer, let alone a hardworking man who has supported your business for years, should ever be spoken to like that. It’s humiliating, it’s unprofessional, and it shows a complete lack of basic respect.
This experience left a horrible taste in our mouths, and it’s unacceptable. If this is the kind of customer service you allow, then this establishment has lost all the values it once stood for. We will not be returning.
What really stands out is the owner’s dedication to his craft and his bakery. You can tell this isn’t just a business for him—it’s a passion. The love and effort he puts into his work come through in the flavor and consistency of every product.
Another thing I appreciate is that his food never makes me feel sick. I have a sensitive stomach and often get reactions when I eat at other places that use processed or artificial ingredients. Here, everything is clean, wholesome, and real, and my body feels good after eating it.
