I order at around 5AM a few times per the work week. The ladies and gentlemen that work the morning shift are so wonderful! Always greeting me with a smile and appreciate when I’m able to tip. My drinks are always made great and consistent!! I used to work at a Starbucks and I know it’s not an easy task and how crazy it gets during the busy hours! I’ve been to this location in the afternoon as well and it is always a great experience (just wanted to comment on when I frequent this location).

This Starbucks always seems to disappoint. First they don’t fill cups all the way up. Cambridge does not do this and Forest Lake does not do this. Today I ordered two drinks and tried to pay with cash. They said that I could not pay with $100 bill. Which is crazy because if you want to put $100 on your Starbucks app, they’ll gladly do it. I’m done with this Starbucks.

I’ve ordered from here three times in the past couple of months, and each visit has been disappointing. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, my drink is still made incorrectly. I’ve visited many other locations and haven’t experienced this problem repeatedly. Will not be returning!

This is the most amazing Starbucks I’ve been too the staff here is beyond amazing you can just tell they work so hard every day to ensure quality drinks, I always love the little notes they leave on my cup they are so sweet keep it Starbucks!!! Every time I order ahead on the app, I arrive exactly at the time it says my order will be ready, yet my drink hasn’t even been started. The app shows it as ‘ready,’ but the staff always tells me I need to order earlier—even though I’m arriving at the suggested time.
Today, I used the drive-through, and once again, my order wasn’t ready. I was asked to drive around and wait, even though I had a toddler in the car and didn’t want to keep getting in and out. When I asked if I could wait at the window since there were only a few cars behind me, they said no. They said a bunch of people ordered before me so I had to wait even though I was there first. The whole point of ordering ahead is convenience, but this experience has been consistently frustrating.

Pretty disappointed in this location. Came in at 3pm on a Saturday with our three young children. My kids were being kids and were getting a bit loud, but nothing outrageous. As a parent I was actively trying to get them to be respectful. My husband was told by a worker, “your kids need to be quiet, this is supposed to be a third work space for other people.” While I understand that my kids weren’t being perfect, I thought it was really disheartening to feel like we were not welcome because of it. There was one other person there with headphones on. I definitely don’t feel like we can come back and am sad we lost a hangout spot. My kids will miss the cake pops.

The reason I gave 5 Stars across the board on each one is their food and drinks are extremely delicious. The sandwiches that get heated up at the correct temperature. Any food you order gets placed in its own bag. The service is fantastic. They treat each customer with respect. They know they’re products and are able to help you decide what you might like to eat and/drink. They’re patient, courteous, and understanding and they’re already working on your order in their mind to best serve each of us in a timely manner. They might not realize they’re not smiling that’s because they’re multitasking and they’re superb at it.
The atmosphere is calming and relaxing whether you go through drive thru or you go in. They work extremely well with each other.
Everything is clean and organized.
I highly recommend going to this Starbucks.

When the online order ahead was down, I walked up to the front desk and was greeted warmly and asked if I wanted my regular order! I don’t remember what my order is due to I have it on the app and just push the button, but the girls knew EXACTLY what I wanted and order regularly! They definitely pay attention to details!
