Starbucks in Niles offers a reliable coffee experience with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly as the other locations. The menu has wide range of handcrafted drinks with wide customization available. There is quite work tables also available, which makes this a perfect spot for remote working.

The worker, “Tommy” with pink hair was very rude to me yesterday. When I tried to purchase some $25 gift cards for my company, he spoke to me as if I was stupid, and gave me a horrible attitude. He made it very difficult to purchase these, and honestly, I should have left and purchased elsewhere.
Sure, the drinks are alright, its just like any other Starbucks in the world, but the service at this Starbucks has recently dove down horribly.
The rest of the employees are just fine, and very good at what they do. But if they are there, I would recommend to go to another Starbucks.

Least consistent Starbucks in the Niles, Park Ridge area. With order accuracy or just providing what you pay for. What’s up with shorting me on my $6 drink? Maybe add more ice?? Just kidding! But really. Would only visit here out of sheer desperation.

Maddie was amazing. I went in to pick up my mobile order and forgot to mention or mark on the app that I needed a bag to carry my drinks in due to currently being injured and the potential of me struggling more having to carry multiple drinks by hand. Maddie was in the middle of something and stopped to accommodate my needs right away. She mentioned that they did not have cup holders for two drinks and proceeded to cut a cup holder they did have to make it fit two drinks so she could put it in a bag. That kindness and empathy was greatly appreciated as well as her motivation to find a solution to help. Thank you Maddie, that experience made my day!

Super slow drive thru. It’s a drive thru for a reason. Maybe they need employees that are not new and more efficient. There’s no reason to why it’s a 15 minutes wait. If a customer has an issue with their order, simply ask them to pull to the front so they’re not blocking the whole line!

I am a regular at this Starbucks since they opened. The staff is always so pleasant and cheerful in the morning. Last time I was there My app was not scanned for the rewards. I called and spoke with manager Kyle, he found my receipt and was so nice and helpful. He completely took care of the mishap and provide excellent customer service. I appreciate him very much!
