This Starbucks is one of the best in the city. I travel all over the world, and this is consistently the location I look forward to visiting the past 20 years. Their staff is always friendly. Their drinks are always consistent. They stay on top of their inventory unlock some of the other busy locations that can’t manage to keep up. I will go out of my way to take the Beechmont exit for this location

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations to come to when I am trying to find a comfortable place to work or read. I never feel like this place gets too loud, the baristas are always very polite and helpful, and obviously the drinks are delicious. Overall, this is a great little Starbucks and I’ll definitely be returning!

Feels silly to write a review for a Starbucks because, well… it’s Starbucks. It’s a corporate coffee chain, and each product you get will taste exactly the same every time. That’s kind of the point. Still, I think this one deserves a shoutout.
Since school started back up, I’ve been coming to this location to study and get homework done. Over the past few months, it’s honestly started to feel like a second home. The iced matcha latte always hits, the Wi-Fi is fast and free, and the music’s consistently good.
Big shoutout to Denni! last week, I had a small issue with a drink, and today she bought my drink for me and apologized without me even bringing it up. That felt like a genuinely kind gesture and a really pleasant surprise. I already thanked her in person, but she deserves another thank-you here.
Side note: The only change I’d love to see inside would be a small standing desk option. Nothing fancy, even a cheap one from IKEA would do. Since I’m here for hours a few times a week and already work a sit-down office job, it’d be nice to have the option to switch it up. Just a suggestion!

Well, so the coffee is expensive, but everyone deserves a really great cup of coffee! That includes me! The employees I saw know what there doing and it’s done quickly. What I want to know is how they remember a coffee order which has four or five request made for it. AWESOME Oh I bought a cute cup at Starbucks(before Covid-19) and I haven’t even chipped it yet!

Went through the drive through this morning to get a coffee and snack to treat myself. I had a terrible interaction with Garret, I said thank you several times as a nice gesture when he was handing me my items. As I went to pull away he mocked me repeating how many times I had said thank you. I’m not sure why saying thank you was such an issue for him.
