We often order dinner kits online and pickup on the way home. Our orders are always ready on time and contain everything we order. We had a small incident where one of our add ons wasn’t included but they remedied it immediately and were very apologetic. Grabbing a kit is a great way to avoid cooking and feed a herd.

I love Moe’s. There, I said it. And this particular Moe’s, in Worcester, is my favorite. Delicious, fresh, made-to-order, healthy food. Very friendly and fast service! Lots of salsas to choose from, with free chips. Clean seating area, TVs, good music. Plenty of parking. Did I mention I love this Moe’s?

I ordered catering for a company. The sale came to over $1800 for 35 people…to be fair it was a vast amount of food. I personally traveled to the restaurant with cash in hand and all the details of what I was ordering to make it a quick transaction and they would deliver on another date.
I was met automatically (I called ahead to confirm I would be met at that time and if they were available at the date and time, it was agreed by us both). I gave the order to the mgr it took us less than ten minutes, that was great! She took my order to put in the computer… now it has been a half hour. She returned and missed something and had to redo…I waited. The restaurant was warm and uncomfortable. she returns I give her the cash – over $1800 and she gives me a receipt and says it will also come to my email. I told her it’s warm in here and will get a drink before I go…..She had the nerve to charge me $6.99 for a medium drink. I thought that was nervy!!! Now it’s been 52 minutes since I arrived …and remember she met me at the door.
I leave — shortly after I drive away, I receive the email with the receipt. It was incorrect and item was missing…which means I paid for more than I ordered. I called and that was corrected with no issues. Item was added and new receipt emailed. The delivery was with no issues except for the remark about how she needed to deliver another order and had to leave now. Seeing it was a holiday that made sense…. but, maybe the owner should plan for another person to deliver on a Mexican Holiday! just saying???

I have driven by the Worcester location once a week for several years. Either due to time restrictions or just forgetting about it I never made it in to try it out. This past week I had the time and my brain actually remembered that my stomach has been meaning to go there. I ordered a custom made burrito online, which was super easy, and paid for it. Once I arrived there was plenty of parking and my burrito was ready to go. I decided to just eat in the parking lot since I had a few minutes extra before going to my next stop. First thing I noticed was the size. This burrito was loaded and almost matched the size of my head. Impressive. The order was correct and the flavor was really good. The free chips and salsa was a nice touch. My recommendation is to get in and try it out for yourself. My experience was five stars and will definitely lead to me to stopping in more often.

It used to be a favorite of mine, where you could eat & be satisfied & still have a bit left over to bring home. Now, not only have they changed their Menu & portions to something so small it leaves you hungry, but also they are charging different prices than tbose in their menu & doubling prices for things that clearly are cheper . . . Now you always see them mostly empty, when before they were so packed you had to make a line. Before, everyone wanted to go to Moe’s for their fresh products, now it all a dry mess, old stuff that looks small, old & dry. & paying 2 3 times more, NO THANK YOU!!!
