Have had multiple issues with incorrect/forgotted food here where i have had to return to the store. I understand accidents happen, but this time was unbelievable. Both orders of our fries didnt make it into the bag. I scan the bag everytime due to the issues in the past and there were 2 fry sized boxes so I assumed they were fries. They were the sauces. Noticed once we got all the way home. Drove all the way back to the store to walk in and them laugh while they told me “Yeah, we noticed we didn’t give you your fries right after you left.” Then tried to hand me the old fries that had been sitting there. I asked them to remake them, because common sense. No offer to make the situation right, nothing. The lack of customer service is pretty wild. We order very regularly from this store and I try to be understanding because mistakes happen but to not train your folks in any kind of customer service is so frustrating.

Pepper Jax was such a great experience from start to finish. The restaurant was clean and the service was top-notch. James the manager was fantastic! Ceci and Nick were both friendly and helpful. The Philly was amazing, highly recommend!

I tried this place for the 1st time a month ago and I am hooked! I always get the steak rice bowl, I’m a sucker for a good rice bowl with Lettuce tomato, grilled onions. Best combination ever. Also they give you a lot of food for the price! I also tried their fries as a side item and I could not finished, so I had leftovers Steak rice bowl and fries for the next day, which is a bonus! Next time I will try their Philly cheesestake, I love a good Philly sandwich

I don’t think I’ve ever come here and had my order done correctly. Something is always missing. Fries are good, but check your bag before you leave because there’s a 99% chance something didn’t make it in there. Today, I’m missing my sauce and my bread is complete crusty hard on the edges. So annoying, probably will not be back.

Got delivery last night and it was perfect. The burrito is the size of my forearm (which is a great thing- plenty of food for the price) and they load on the veggies, which I appreciate.
The loaded fries were fantastic- highly recommend trying the half cheddar sauce and half pepper jack sauce. The philly was on point and the chicken burrito (always my favorite) was hot and delicious.
One of the few restaurants I trust enough to get as delivery because they never mess it up. Thank you for a yummy dinner!
Side Note- this restaurant is also extremely accommodating if you have a gluten allergy. Just let them know and they’ll wipe down the grill, change utensils for cooking and get new gloves!

Food was amazing but the customer service was horrible idk if it was her first day or what but wow. I go up to the window and wait and she goes on the speaker and says what do you want with an attitude. Not a welcome to pepper order when you’re ready. Then she forgot one of my order has to come back, and when she hands me my food not a single word.

Grabbed to go dinner on NYE after traveling. The entire service area was messy but we have to assume they had a very busy night. Food was delicious and we like the addition of corn as an option. Friendly employees.

We love the food. A few minor issues- the pop machine has been out for over a month. You have to wait in line for a refill. The hand dryer in the ladies bathroom doesn’t always work. One of the workers checking people out stood around talking instead of working.
Update– 11/1. Dined in again. Good was ok. Not very warm. Pop machine fixed. One employee was helping with food and doing the register, and while she waited for the cook to finish frying the meat, she was touching her shirt with her gloves hands, then touched the buns. Also had pet hair on her apron. It was an unexpected surprise. Only 1 other couple was in the restaurant, however all the tables were dirty. Also the ceiling tiles were still black in spots. They have been dirty for over 4 months
We won’t be coming back.

If you guys call this nachos that is ridiculous especially for 12.99. I could have went to dj dugout and spent few more dollars for a huge plate nachos for 15.99. That can feed for people.
