We were a very large group arriving at different times. Tiffany was a great server and was very organized getting drinks as we arrived. Everyone got what they ordered and all were satisfied except the catfish was over cooked. We all paid separately and she got them all correct. We went around 4-5 on Sunday afternoon. There were a few other tables and another large group, but we were not neglected and did get our food in a timely manner!

Everything was wonderful. Salad bar was gorgeous and had an extensive selection. Our sever Bryan H. Was very attentive and eager to please. Everything was delicious. One steak was over cooked and was corrected without hesitation. All the staff greeted us and was very friendly and makes great eye contact with even the children.
Great job wished we lived closer. Definitely our go to for road trips.

The only reason I don’t give them a 5 star is because the leafy greens on the salad bar are usually wilted. I end up having to eat the iceberg. Other than that we enjoy our food and time there. We always have Ocean as our waitress and she is so wonderful. She never makes us feel rushed and is so on top of everything. There was one time I wasn’t happy with our food and it was addressed quickly and in a pleasant way. Carlos and Ruben the managers have excellent customer service skills. Their Posole is delicious!!

On my first visit ever, I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye – apparently a new offering here. They brought out a New York Strip, and then determined that they were out of ribeyes. I have trouble calling this a steakhouse if the staff doesn’t know their cuts of steak. Salad was good and posole was good too, as well as beer and other service.
Got a callback from the manager and we had a good talk. I think this will be fixed in the future. Upped it to 3 stars – I’ll give them another try.

If I could give it a lower score I would. I grew up poor and will eat almost anything. But this might be the worst food I’ve ever had. The medium steak was most certainly well done. The ranchero sauce I was promised for my onion rings was simply a combination of mayo,mustard,and ketchup. I’ve eaten all across the country and never wanted to not pay for a meal. I feel like Kbobs should pay me for suffering after eating their the surf and turf.
Luckily the bartender got us drinks untouched by any kitchen staff and we enjoyed them.

This place isn’t up to the same standards as their sister restaurants in Ruidoso and Roswell. The service is very slow, so much so that we hailed them for drinks, ordering, a box, and finally the check. Tables around us were not cleared and cleaned from the previous quest. Our table had to be recleaned before we could sit down. Only about 4 tables were occupied.
Our Ranch House steaks were very salty from too much of their special spices. Her medium rare steak arrived medium. It took 10 minutes to get the replacement. Too late for dinner together.
The salad bar is very good, on par with their sister sites. The Ranch House bean soup was so salty and not edible.
The server was apologetic and mentioned something about compensation but none was found on the check. Similar to the previous month-old comment, the server mentioned corporate took over from the franchisee, and the cook was new. Their problems haven’t yet been solved. May go back to Ruidoso.

Hadn’t been to a KBobs in years. Glad we came. Managers Carlos and sever Vanessa were super attentive. Good Happy Hour and our Burgers are always absolutely delicious. Just need to suggest to keep plates really hot so it will keep food longer.

On every visit, the entire staff is so polite and eager to help. My wife and I have always had our steak cooked to perfection, and always steaming hot. K-Bob’s gives Texas Roadhouse a run for its money, steaks aren’t as fatty as Texas Roadhouse. Love it!!

Myself wife and I went here for lunch. I counted 10 open tables when we first arrived. it took the waitress maybe 5 minutes to come up to seat us. She didn’t ask if we wanted a booth or table so Im requested a table. She seemed very annoyed at this, but seated us at a table. We took a little while to order food, but we waited a long time for our food to arrive. Again I could count 10 empty booths and table around us, three of which were dirty our entire visit. A lady was seated down across from us and she waited for over 5 minutes for any one to take a drink order. I wanted to leave but my wife wouldn’t let us. She had never eaten at K-Bobs before and wanted to give it a chance. Our waitresses attitude was crappy. She seemed annoyed by us and seemed to disappear to the only to come out when she absolutely had to. I won’t be coming back to K-Bobs unless a group I’m with wants to go. I overheard the manager telling another table they were busy in the back. I couldn’t imagine a lunch rush at noon or dinner rush. My steak was over cooked. My mashed potatoes tasted like they had been dropped in a horse corral and slapped on my plate. The okra was the only good thing about my food. My wife’s steak was salty and over cooked. Her mashed potatoes were salty and tasted the same as mine. She got the salad bar and seemed to enjoy it. Manager came back and asked us how everything was. I told him exactly what I posted here. He apologized and informed us that he is the new manager (2 weeks) and asked that we give them another chance in a few weeks. When we walked out we were confronted in the parking lot by the owner of a local restaurant and she told us that the owner lost the franchise and that the upper management had to come in and take over. We may go back in a couple of months and see if anything changes.

I haven’t been to a K-Bobs in YEARS until I came here, and it was just as good as I remember. The salad bar is not to be missed, and the steaks are super tender and juicy. Definitely coming back next time I visit my mom!
