We found this place by mistake. We were actually headed to another restaurant when we went into the wrong parking lot and seen the sign and decided to try it.
I promise this is the best find ever!!!
I had no idea what I was in for this is hands-down, the best Indian food in the IE.
I don’t know a lot about Indian food I just know it taste amazing. What really helped a lot was that even though I don’t know a lot about the different dishes the staff here are so helpful and really nice.
The portions are huge, so get ready to take food home. My husband and I both agree along with the most amazing dishes. This is definitely the best naan we’ve ever had.

Walked in and right away noticed how beautiful the place was, wouldn’t expect that from the outside. We were able to order right away, all the food was delicious, my husband ordered non-spicy but still received spicy and wasn’t satisfied, and I mistakenly ordered Chicken Tikka instead of Butter Chicken Tikka, but it was still delicious to me. Everything cooked to perfection, I ordered spicy and I did not disappoint. It wasy first time trying the Pani Puri and my only complaint is I didn’t know it came sweet, however it was still delicious. The garlic butter and cheese Naan my husband couldn’t stop eating, and all the meats was so tender and you could taste the spices in the individual meals, not to mention the shrimp rice was very fragrant with the leftover sauce from the Chicken Tikka mixed and the green chutney made it #1 on my list. Will be back again.

Food comes with no rice. There isn’t even an option to buy rice as a side.. just in case they try to lie and say it’s sold separately. Who eats any curry or masala without basmati rice? And the samosa’s taste burnt! 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Maybe they got behind today because my order literally took them 1 hour to make. I spent $93 for Lamb Bhuna, Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken masala, 2 burnt samosa, and 2 orders of garlic naan! Save ya money.

Masala Twist offers a pleasant dining experience with its beautiful and modern decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the absence of music can make it a bit quiet. The standout dish is the dahi bhalla, praised for its flavor, while the dosa is not good and not recommended. Additionally, the badam milk although rich in flavor, is also not recommended. Overall, while some food items shine, others need improvement to elevate the overall dining experience.

I love this place. The food is delicious and it provides an atmosphere where I can do a business lunch. The only reason I give it four out of five stars is the decor doesn’t match the favor of the restaurant in my opinion.
I have had five to ten of their dishes, everything is always seasoned nicely.
This visit I try the noodle panner “hamburger” it was delicious. Unexpected but a nice bite.

This new hidden gem in Fontana is amazing. I’ve had the best masala fries here, they are delicious. The service is quick and food is made to order and is fresh. The chicken tika masala is also delicious paired with basmati rice and garlic naan.

Their food is always good. Staff is friendly and courteous. Today, we ordered samosa chat and tandoori fish with naan. I also ordered mango lassi, which was epic! Too much food for two people, since their servings are big! We will be taking the leftover fish home 🙂

Masala Twist is an absolute gem of an Indian restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed. I ordered the chicken tikka masala, and the flavors were nothing short of spectacular—rich, buttery, and perfectly balanced. It was a true delight with every bite.
The garlic naan was cooked to perfection, soft with just the right amount of char, and paired beautifully with the tikka masala. As for the basmati rice, it was simply outstanding—light, fluffy, and bursting with freshness.
I also tried the samosas, which had a wonderfully crisp exterior and a savory-sweet filling that was perfectly spiced. Every bite was a treat.
On top of the incredible food, the owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant’s decor is also a standout—it’s like a visual journey around the world, making the dining experience even more memorable.
Without a doubt, this is the best Indian food I’ve ever had, not just in the Inland Empire, but anywhere. I can’t recommend Masala Twist enough!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars. From coworkers, the food was described as delicious. I happened to have lunch with a colleague who is from India. He was greeted and serviced well. I was invisible to your staff. No eye contact with me. No questions directed to me. While I enjoyed the food, my personal service was very poor. ALL patrons should feel welcome in your establishment especially if you want them to return. I can’t remember the last time I was ignored like that as a customer.
