the guy with the headpiece for the drive through lied over and over that they close at 1pm (even though they close at 2am and locked the doors before 1:20) saying they are closed, from a general manager perspective this is disgusting behavior and you guys need to train your staff proper customer service etiquette and service. We ended up having to go through the drive through to order in person, because they made us get out of the lobby area. (mind due this was all before 1:25)

Jospeh working drive thru was really helpful and attentive to my order. They ran out of the orange juice I ordered and he was ready to offer other options. I chose apple juice and he gave me two instead of one which I thought was considerate. He didn’t skimp on the sauces either.

I went to take the order of the door and he told me that it is already ready for pickup because my friend also went there twice and he also told him that it is already ready for pickup. This person says this without making it, it is already ready for pickup. He gets four or five orders already ready for pickup.
