This Dairy Queen Grill and Chill is awesome . It was nice and clean the customer service was great. Dairy Queen always have a great selection of ice cream not only that but their hamburgers and cheeseburgers are delicious. We ended up ordering the Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard Treat and a Banana Split they were both delicious I would definitely go back to this one. Great job people

Do you know what poor management looks like? It looks like running out of the most popular blizzard. Not just once but several times. Common sense would tell you to order MORE of the items that sell out the fastest. Apparently that concept is too complex for DQ. You owe me a gallon of gas and you owe everyone better management.

Both of this lady’s were being rude to me because they stated they couldn’t break an 100$ bill but honestly the sign isn’t visible at night
it’s so small you can’t even see it I went to get change and when I got back the one in the piggy tails was laughing at me and gave me a melted blizzard I told her if she can make a new one and refused to she literally put it in the shaking thing and and gave me the same one that was melted and laughed several times idk I felt awful they literally laughed in my face

I traveled from another city to visit this DQ, as it was advertised to remain open until 11:00 p.m. on Google. Upon arrival, it became apparent that their operating hours had been altered approximately a month ago, yet they have not updated their hours on Google. New update 2/132026 a bunch of cars just pulled up in the driveway just before 9:30 p.m. as soon as I saw the cars pull up which was about six or seven cars they immediately locked the doors and turned off all the lights this place is a super joke

This place has gotten so expensive I got two burgers, a shake and a Sunday and fries $30. I asked for a barbecue sauce 53 cents a piece. My Sunday was all melted. I ordered through the app. I live two blocks away. By the time I got there and picked it up it was completely melted. I guess they made it ahead of time. And it looks like it was about halfway full $5 for a scoop of ice cream basically and a little bit of hot fudge

I’ve never gotten a burger so nasty from a DQ. If I could give minus I would. They stuck both pieces of cheese on the top burger being they lazy and couldn’t separate the burgers to make em right. Old wilted lettuce and globed with ketchup with rubber tasting bun. So sad. Will be in there tomorrow to see the manager

To celebrate after an event my grandson chose DQ. What a terrible experience. Horrible customer service. False advertising of Orange Julius products they don’t even have. Sloppy food prep. $15 for 3 things that weren’t even made right. Shame on the team working 05.09.19.

This review is based solely on the fact that employees are stealing money from customers. Online my order with tax came out to $6.21 but when I went thru the drive thru my total was $7.41 for a medium choco brownie extreme blizzard. I was not given the option for a receipt and was just pushed along after payment. Thank you for stealing $1.20 for yourself without my approval.
