No one even acknowledges you when you enter the store. After waiting 18 minutes and seeing that my order was listed as ready, I went to the counter to ask about it. The employee pulled a sticker off a machine and asked if that was me (it was). He did immediately make my drink at that point and it only took about a minute to receive it but had I not asked, I would probably still be waiting! No apology or explanation but almost 20 minutes to get my order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait an excessive time here either. Partly my fault I guess since I keep going back! Hopefully one of their new locations will have better service than this one! Wish there was a Scooters near me – always a better experience with them.

The customer service here is consistently rude and dismissive. Most of the staff act like they’d rather be anywhere else, and half the time they’re on their phones at the window instead of focusing on customers. “Pookie” has been rude every single time I’ve come through, not once, not twice, every single time. It’s a pattern, and it’s honestly exhausting at this point. Even the people I’m with notice it. On top of that, the wait times are ridiculous. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru with no one else in line, just for three drinks, two of which were lemonades. There’s no reason it should take that long, especially when the staff clearly isn’t busy. The only person who ever provides good service is Alex. They’re friendly, professional, and actually make you feel welcome, which is more than I can say for the rest of the team. If it weren’t for Alex, I would’ve stopped coming a long time ago. Starbucks really needs to take a serious look at this location, because the attitude, lack of urgency, and overall disregard for customers are unacceptable.

They asked for my order 5 different times in the drive thru, even getting a different person for me to finish my order. I was speaking perfectly clear so it shouldn’t have been an issue. My order was just a coffee, with cream and ice on the side, and a turmeric shot. After having to give them parts of my order fir like the 6th time I gave up. Then was stick behind 2 cars in their closed in drive through. I was in drive through for over 45 minutes…

Terrible service! They never have drinks ready on time! It’s a waste of time ordering ahead because they bump people up as you see the list on the screen! Terrible service!! I usually wait but today I had to leave as I have to drive an hour to catch my flight.. I am so disappointed in the service!

The atmosphere is terrible. 15 employees working, 10 of them are standing around watching the customers watch them. Pookie is your all-time worst and will INTENTIONALLY move slow if she knows someone is waiting on a certain order. With a 3.9 rating and here is my review- this place needs a total revamp.

My go to place for delicious coffee drinks. I have also expanded my horizons to try the tea and refreshers which are just as delicious. Service is pretty fast. It is sort of pricey if you are paying for more than one person or even if it’s just you and you want a venti drink. I recommend the caramel brûlée frappuccino during the winter and my personal creation the vanilla bean creme frappuccino with caramel syrup during the summer. If you prefer tea then I suggest the guava white tea with lemonade. The hot chocolate is also a simple and delicious way to go.
