Absolute pure laziness at this store. Do NOT put someone on drive thru who doesn’t know specials. Or, here’s an idea, if your employees don’t know where a button is for something ($5 duo $7 trio) maybe ask your coworkers how to do that. Because when your street sign, windows and menu is advertising that special your response probably shouldn’t be “We don’t have that.” It’s not hard. Promise 🙂

For myself I burger kings ok. However, I got a son who only eat bun and cheese when we eat out. He wanted to try burger king’s take on it and I could even do it. They tried to charge $28 for 4 bun and cheese. I thought McDonald’s was high, but that pure robbery and bad for business.
Last visit was ok for myself. Burger could have been hotter. Server were friendly.

Went in today at 2:30 PM Service terrible, received my food and it was cold. My husband took the whopper with cheese back to the counter and told the lady it was cold and to please make another. She just threw in the trash can never asking what was on it. Received another whopper no cheese with everything on it which is not what I ordered the first time. When I got a Diet Coke it was Diet Coke with lime. The place not clean at all. Lady at the rude no thank you no apologies.

We placed a drive thru order around 8 pm. After paying and waiting almost 10 minutes they said “oh we are out of cheesy tots. Would you like to replace it?” We said sure. Guy came back “sorry we cant replace it, we can refund your card.” Fine. We get home with the kids and we’re missing all the icing to the cini minis for the kids who were very excited to get these for a change. (try giving dry cini minis to kids…). The burger with no cheese… of course had cheese. The employees are oblivious and cannot even get an order right. Needless to say waste of money and time.

Clean and staff was friendly enough; however, fries had been in the warmer a while, Whopper was ok but not as fresh as I would have liked.
Chicken Fries were cold.
Adequate for a fast food establishment and conveniently located off the highway.

Went to this Burger King around 3:50 on 9/6. No other cars in drive thru. Ordered a #1 plain. Had to tell the guy several times that I wanted it plain. Guess what wasn’t plain?

Sometimes you have to have a Burger King! I ordered from the app and found a couple of good deals. Placed the order and within a couple of minutes my order was up and ready. I like the television in the dining area. Wouldn’t hurt to have a couple more.

Unbelievable… showed up tonight at 8:25pm, May 1st 2025 with my daughter. The girl at the register says “you can order but you have to take it out”. I said, “the sign on the door says you close at 10”. She replies, “ that’s for the drive through “. I ask “ what time does the inside close?” She replied “ 9 pm”. I said, “ it’s 8:28. “. She said, once again, “ you can take the food out if you want to order”
