I ordered a deluxe fish sandwich. It was cold and I’ve never seen cheese that doesn’t melt but Arby’s serves it. The crinkle fries were half done. The manager was putting a rush on the food But there was no one at the restaurant. If you’re going to serve fish make it to order. It doesn’t take that long to cook.

Arby’s really frustrates me…they used to be one of the best fast food chains around, but unfortunately, their food, or more to the point – the quality of the food, has really gone down hill. In their TV ads, they always say that they have the meats, but in reality, their sandwiches are smaller than they used to be, but more expensive.
I suppose the same thing could be said about alot of other fast food chains, but I think Arby’s is the worst with their portions – compared to what they used to be.
Anyway, the reason I’m doing a rating for this particular Arby’s location, is to just warn people to check their orders at the drive thru window, before you pull away, because tonight (for the second consecutive time), I paid for my food, but didn’t once again get everything I paid for.
I’ve had problems with this location before, and it continues.
I should have thought to check my order before I pulled away, but the young girl who served me was so very nice, and polite that I assumed it was all there. That, and the snow was starting to come down very quickly, the roads were getting bad, and I just wanted to get home ASAP.
Anyway, when I got home, I realized that
once again – I’d gotten screwed out of half of my order. I’m sick of this absent minded behavior from this location – I can’t afford to just throw money away on things that I’m never given.
So, my warning is to always check your order at the window – BEFORE you pull away.
I doubt anyone from Arby’s will read this, and apologize, or offer me my money back…LOL Yeah – right!

Well i went to here to try the new cheesesteak and got the big cheese burger and wow… the burger was good but was missing the white cheese slice and the cheese stake, well was having a hard time trying to eat that… it was a nasty mess and was suprised since i was the only one in the store and nobody at the drive thur… If you see clearly that whoever made this knew and seen what a mess it was and could atlease changed the wrapper… and im pretty sure half of the meat must of fell out along with what wasnt in the cheesesteak and on the wrapper because there wasnt much steak at all… Me being a fastfood worker in the past i dont understand how someone could even serve that to anyone, maybe i should said i was eatting it there, maybe it would of been differnt… anyways guess i wont be going there again and if that guy is doing that all day then im sure not many people will be going back to that arbys, was going to taco bell but there was 6 people waiting for food inside, drive thur packed and 4 people waiting to order so i looked at arbys and wow, wasnt anyone but me there the whole time now i see why… sorry but it was so bad i had to leave this at which i dont do often… hope arbys get better someday

Saw the new add for the cheese steak. Had to come in and try it. Holy disappointment. I honestly think they didn’t put any meat on the sandwich. It was bun/sauce/bun. The buns literally touched each other. Three of us ordered the sandwich and they were all the same. I honestly wouldn’t go back but the curly fries are amazing. Just a bad experience and feel like they took for me $9.

Pulled up 13 minutes for chicken sandwiches. Both completely wrong. Also was charged an Ohio to go tax which is unconstitutional according to the Ohio department of taxation. I’d like a refund along with my 22 cent unconstitutional tax.

We decided to try the two Gyros for $7 deal. We decided to get an orange cream shake to go along with them.
The gyros were decent size with plenty of meat. We both wanted more sauce. We didn’t see tziki sauce in the sauce bar. I would hope some could have been gotten if we asked the counter. But we didn’t. We put horsey sauce on and it hit the spot.
The orange shakes were great.
