Chipotle is my favorite restaurant but this location is terrible. Never place a mobile order cause I can guarantee that 1 you won’t get even a fraction of your moneys worth in food 2 they always forget to put things in the bag. As far as ordering at the bar the workers are rude and miserable and get annoyed if you ask for more even though you are the one paying for the food. Overall this location is terrible i seriously hope they do a revamp

My fiancé went in there, one guy working. Line out the door. Gets to the front of the line to order, they have no veggies, no chicken. Have to wait for brown rice to be made just to get one of the only things to be ordered.
What is the point of waiting in line for 25 minutes just to find out you have no food? Whats the point of being open?
This is not the first occurrence this has happened. Will not be back, i will find another chipotle.

Honestly, I’m not sure what’s up with this location but this location is consistently a let down and with other options, my weekly Chipotle will turn into a yearly Chipotle at the most. Other locations such as Concord Rd. are awesome. I pay $22 for chips/guac and a double steak bowl and all I get is steak that is pretty much beef jerky consistency that taste like it was made yesterday. I can get better steak quality from taco bell. Two weeks ago, an employee accidentally put lettuce in a bowl, no big deal, mistakes happen. She gave a rude look when I reiterated that I didn’t ask for lettuce and continued with that look when I asked her to remove it. Last week, online only ordering when I counted 5 employees, took me 15 minutes to get my order. Honestly just give up that space to a business that cares, I’ve spent too much money here to be consistently let down.
[Update]: I had to walk out of this place because they refused to give me a proper portion. I will never come to this chipotle again.

Recently got 2 bowls and 1 burrito. I called in an order which is a mistake I guess. Everything I purchased was lacking. When I go in I guess they are accountable for what they are giving you. So disappointed for what I received especially at these prices. Please do better!!!!

First off getting your food order placed takes eternity. They cant hear you because the music is so loud. Then you get to the register to pay and there isnt an employee there to take payment. At least 7 people in the back joking around and not 1 was able to ring me out for 8 entire minutes. I had to ask if someone is supposed to be working register. Terrible employees who dont care. Terrible atmosphere. Terrible overcooked rice.

Corn was soaked in juice.
Dishes piled up everywhere
The person who folded it mashed there fingers through the sides of it while folding.
I got nauseous while watching it being made and ended up just paying for it and throwing it away.

My husband had just went out and picked up our order and came home. I opened it to find my bowel barely full, little to no rice, no chicken, barely anything in it. I am extremely disappointed. The phone number provided doesn’t even take me to the restaurant to directly complain to a manager.

This location is by far the most inconsistent Chipotle I’ve been to, and after tonight I won’t be back. At every other Chipotle, we’re charged a small fee for an extra kids quesadilla with our girls’ meals. Here, they insisted I buy an entire extra kids meal just for a tortilla with cheese and rice—nothing else. When I explained that no other location does this, the employee argued and gave me attitude instead of helping. It feels like this place is making up its own rules, and with the repeated complaints in other reviews, it’s clear the problems go beyond just my visit. We’ll be passing this Chipotle by from now on.
