First off shout out to the morning manager she did a good job on her part. But on to the other workers. I was the first customer to come inside @ 830am. I ordered the Honey Chicken Biscuit. I asked for extra honey butter I didn’t even taste any honey STRAIGHT BUTTER. To top it off the biscuit was hard/tough I’m pretty sure they put it in the microwave. It will be awhile before I come back here

This place was understaffed.
Very dirty. The service was very poor. I watched as they fix 5-10 door dash orders, so I ask if my food could be fresh. After waiting for 15-20 minutes I was giving hot fries and very cold nuggets, when I request for fresh nuggets I was giving attitude from the ALL THE employees. The one girl serving and fixing food for the window with her coat on inside the fry area said they don’t have food to be wasting. With a floor cover in food and her getting her third cup of soda. The woman that took my order said these should be hot and walked away with an attitude

I can’t even rate because negative stars isn’t an option. Food was cold & dry. Employees did not acknowledge us when we came in the door. Finally a young lady came in & took our order after we had stood there for 20 minutes. Tables were filthy & not one was clean to eat at. Drink station had soda & tea all over the floor. Slipping hazard that no one seemed to care about! Soda station had limited choices of soda. Several employees stood around talking to customers the whole time we ate our food instead of cleaning up tables & drink station. Best bet is to go some where else. We sure will!

This Wendy’s was beyond nasty the mat in front of the drink machine was very sticky as well as the drink machine too and just over all gross, the seats were all torn up and had black stuff on the legs of the chairs as well as the bottom of the doors and the floors and tables were nasty too we wanted to eat inside to get out of the heat but it just wasn’t a pleasant experience definitely will NOT be returning… WENDYS DO BETTER

This place is in horrible condition and not at all in standards for a Wendy’s restaurant. The place had 8-9 staff members yelling at each other, cussing and one member even taking a nap in the lobby while there was a line of customers waiting for their food. I saw two guests get frustrated and leave before even placing their orders. This place would need a complete overhaul before I’d ever consider going back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. My mother and I went in to use the restroom and grab some food. I approached the counter and politely asked an employee if I could use the restroom before ordering, but he completely ignored me—no eye contact or response. I then said, “Okay, I’m just gonna go then.”

While waiting in line for the restroom after my mother finished, a female employee came up behind me, standing in line, and rolled her eyes as she passed. When I apologized with a friendly “sorry girl,” she curtly replied, “I guess I’ll just piss outside,” as she dramatically threw her arms up and then proceeded to loudly repeat that comment to the entire dining room area including customers and employees. These employees were casually sitting in the dining room on their phones, chatting, even while another customer was waiting to order. I understand one of them might have been on break, but there were three of them just hanging out in the lobby.

While I was inside the restroom for 3 minutes, an employee banged on the door, which only confirmed my decision to leave without ordering anything. Based on both my experience and other reviews, I’m thankful I didn’t stay longer. Corporate needs to address these issues with the general manager at this location immediately.
