Hands down one of the best Italian restaurants in Las Vegas.
The service is outstanding, and the food is exceptional without ever feeling overpriced. You can truly taste the freshness of every single ingredient, and the pasta feels like it’s made with real craftsmanship and care. Each dish reflects true Italian soul and attention to detail.
Michelle took care of our table during a family reunion, and her passion and energy made the experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond, and her service genuinely stood out.
If you’re looking for a place to experience high-quality Italian cuisine in Vegas, Mother Wolf is a must. Highly recommended.
First we were lucky to have a waiter named Rocco from Calabria, genuinely friendly and attentive. Made the experience so much nicer.
In my opinion the plates are a just right portion. We were four and ordered 3 starters and each had a different pasta. Everything was wonderful, pasta perfectly al dente.
Deserts were also amazing!
Would defiantly return, yes it is an expensive restaurant, but you get quality, delicious authentic Italian food and great service.
Do order the drink called Le Speziale 10/10
As for our dinner, we started with the sfincione (focaccia bread), which we quickly polished off. For our main courses, we split the margarita pizza and the short rib pasta. The pizza was nice and thin and crispy, which we loved.
The short rib ragu pasta simply melted in your mouth. And we finished off our already amazing dinner with the tiramisu for dessert, which is made in house and honestly was one of the best tiramisus I’ve had in a long time.
Our waitress, Michelle, was a rockstar: from her helpful menu suggestions to always keeping watch on our table. She also brought out a second complimentary dessert to help us celebrate. The blueberry and bergamot ice cream with the adorable bow tie cookie on top made our celebration that more special. Needless to say, we’re already planning our next Vegas trip and another unforgettable dinner at Mother Wolf.
Some standout dishes were the polpette di coda, linguini al limone, & cacio e pepe (we subbed the tonnarelli for rigatoni & added truffles!). Be sure to leave room for dessert – the tiramisu was delicious, as were the ciambelle fritte (brioche donuts).
We will definitely return to Mother Wolf during our next stay at Fontainebleau!
I am no food critique, but I’ve eaten my fair share of Italian dishes to say .. Mother Wolf foods, drinks and service is another level … scrumptious, delicious, exquisite, I dunno. Just go try it, I mean I highly recommend to give it a try. It’s located inside the Fountain Bleu .. you can get valet parked and validated at the restaurant.
Okay I had their linguine pasta, and the Finnochi salad .. incredible. The cocktail drink was delish. And dessert and coffee phenomenal.
I am so going back next time I’m in Vegas.
Highly recommend to book ahead of time. 🙂
Sfincione: this is house made focaccia bread and was my favorite appetizer. Definitely the best focaccia bread I’ve ever had and I had the experience of watching it made live. The inside was super soft/buttery and I could not stop eating it. No dips or sauces are needed.
Fiori Di Zucca: deep fried squash blossoms filled with cream cheese – we’ve never had anything like it so we were shocked at how much flavor it packed! My wife’s favorite.
Quattro Formaggi: this was my favorite – all the cheeses blended perfectly well! It was a bit oily but nonetheless delicious. My wife is not a crust lover but this crust she could eat easily without any issue.
Spaghetti All’Arabbbiata: the sauce is a beauty and the spaghetti is al dente and well cooked. Small portion but still worth it.
Tonnaarelli Cacio E Pepe: least favorite dish but still delicious.
Torta Caprese: my wife’s favorite dessert – the cake was cooked to perfection and the cherries topped it off.
Budino Di Daterri: sticky toffee pudding is one of my favorite desserts of all time and this absolutely hit the spot! Perfectly sweet and the texture of the pudding was on point. What made it better was the pecan crumble on the side paired with the vanilla ice cream.
Overall, this was an excellent meal for our date night and we would recommend this to all Italian food lovers.
Mother Wolf in Las Vegas delivers a fantastic dining experience that combines a great atmosphere with truly satisfying Italian food. If you’re looking for pasta that feels straight out of an Italian home kitchen, this is the place.
The Food: Straight-Up Delicious Comfort
The rigatoni is exactly what you want it to be: straight Italian home comfort food. It’s rich, authentic, and deeply satisfying—a must-try for any pasta lover. We also tried the Arrabbiata, which was delicious, featuring just the right amount of heat—it was a tiny bit spicy and perfectly balanced. Paired with a couple of great drinks, the meal was absolutely spot-on.
The Service: Spectacular Robert
What truly elevated our experience was the service, especially our server, Robert. He was spectacular—attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. Exceptional service like this makes a huge difference.
In Short: Mother Wolf is a great choice for authentic, deeply comforting Italian cuisine in Las Vegas. Go for the rigatoni, enjoy a perfectly spiced Arrabiata, and hope you get Robert as your server!
Linguine al Limone ($32): Super lemony, garlicky, buttery, with just enough cheese, asparagus pieces appropriately crunchy without any hint of rawness. Definitely the plate was primo-sized though, and I hate I loved this dish so much to potentially overlook the less-than-ideal value proposition.
Alto Adige Terlan Tradition Pinot Grigio 2024 ($19 gls): Decent pour.
Limone Sorbetti ($15 double scoop/reportedly $6 single scoop; comped): bright fresh tart citrus expertly cut by the salt sprinkle on top. Delicious palate cleanser finish. Curious decision to serve with a large spoon though.
Atmosphere: Italian villa, complete with garden, in peach, mint, and terracotta. Large but sectioned well into cozy pockets so the space didn’t feel cavernous. The titular wolf, nursing Romulus and Remus, was present in a sculpture atop the bar, and which continually freaked me out whenever I looked at it, because the head of the animal rather resembled a scary hyena. Florals dominated, including another beautiful perfume floating throughout the facilities.
Value: Objectively I would put the value at average to above average. However, I had enjoyed what I consumed immensely, especially that pasta, and Mother Wolf is positioned as an elevated dining experience in an upscale casino hotel (albeit one located in the netherworld of the north end of the Strip across from Circus Circus).
Service: Hostess, as initial impression, was super nice. Server Robert was delightful and attentive. Water bearer Tania, who was on duty at the beginning of my meal, kept the glass full. Staff overall seemed quite responsive.
