We visited around 9:00 PM while they were doing a deep clean and removing all the furniture, which already made the experience uncomfortable.We also had been asked what we wanted to eat every 3-4 minutes.
We ordered the steak special and the shrimp quesadilla. The first issue came with drinks — we handed over a valid NC ID, and the waitress said she couldn’t find the date of birth.
When the food arrived at 9:25, everything was fine except the quesadilla. Instead of the entrée (priced at $16+), I was given a side version that cost $5.50. When I asked about it, the waitress responded, “Oh, you wanted the meal?” which came off as dismissive and disrespectful. For dinner I want a small shrimp and cheese quesadilla. This was obviously her plan.
Between the service issues and the overall experience, I won’t be returning.

My wife & I decided to go eat Mexican due to it being Margarita Day (Feb 22, 2022) thinking MAYBE we might get a Good Deal on Margaritas. This Restaurant had ZERO CLUE it was Margarita Day, which was not only a disappointment but a lil bit of a shock. What Mexican restaurant doesn’t know when Margarita Day is???? . The host was fine, the food was good but definitely NOT on par for the price, so not outstanding, but good or just Ok. I would eat there again, but for the prices we paid, I expected the food & service to be a lot better, a LOT BETTER. $75 for 2, with No appetizer, No desert, 2 meals, 1 Margarita, & 1 Bottle Beer. Definitely NOT up to par. The restaurant it self is OK, pretty nice, Clean, etc, except for the Bathrooms. The Bathrooms should be an EMBARRASSMENT to the Owners & Staff. Discustsing. I mean from the looks you would be scared to catch a STD. Luckily, Shockingly, there was Soap, Running Water, & Paper Towels. Our waitress……was….. well, Condasending as Hell. Her eye rolls, & quick comebacks were definitely not welcome. I had a couple of questions about the menu items & was talked to like a child, not a 40+yr old adult. She hurt herself in the tip department, which for us is min 10%, & 30% max, normally. I’m adding photos, you judge the bathroom & restaurant for yourself. I would give it another try, hopefully with a more helpful cheerful waitress who might have just been having a bad day.

Anger and disappointment is all I feel right now. Tried to give a local joint a chance cause my wife loves whole fried tilapia. I order a medium steak with shrimp with rice. Absolutely no part of my meal was edible. The steak was nuked, hard as a brick, bland and void of flavor. The rice had an old bitter twang like it was long past its experation date. My wife also said the fish lacked seasoning and her rice was also stale. Should have been a red flag when they told me this meal was going to be ready in ten minutes when you reheat old mess like this. Worst 40 bucks I’ve spent all year. Never again, avoid like the plauge!

Had lunch at this restaurant couple weeks ago, I was impressed with the ambiance, the food and service.
It was on my top Mexican restaurant.
Today I ordered a taco salad, take out, was very disappointed, all I had in my taco shell was a double serving of lettuce, a lump of melted cheese on the side, a heaping serving of sour cream and no beans, no pico de gallo.
Had another order of three tacos that stated it would be served with rice and bean… there was just three dry tacos on the plate.
Very disappointed today.
Come on man, keep up the standard, you lose customers this way.
