I order from this place a lot. They have never made a mistake and the food is always good. I paid $16 on the app for my bowl with double chicken and there was barely any portion of anything in it at all. I went back and kindly explained the situation and asked for either a refund or a new bowl. The manager of the place accused me of eating it and bringing it back when it was less than a fourth of the way empty. I thought it was crazy that the lady thought I went to go get my food on my lunch break, bring it back, eat almost the whole thing and bring it back in a span of less than 10 minutes. The manager was very rude and unprofessional but told the staff to make me a new bowl anyway. The lady that remade my bowl was very sweet and caring and helped me out no problem. She deserves a raise for even showing that she cares and trying to fix the bowl as best as she could’ve. Something needs to be done about the management there.I order from this place a lot. They have never made a mistake and the food is always good.

Revolting. I found a massive hair in my taco bowl. Of course I only find it when I get home but at least I caught it before I started eating. I also have to give 1 star for the service because it should not take repeating myself 4x, awkwardly loud, for the person to understand “3 tacos, hard shell” and still need assistance from their counterpart who took over. Overall a poor enough experience that I’m compelled to warn others away.

Food is not bad, I just don’t understand why they don’t use the shelves for online orders. I prefer to self service than having to deal with unfriendly workers. Seems like none of them gets treated well by their manager because no one welcomes you or thanks you. And when you say thank you they’ll just ignore you lol, wished they had little lockers because they don’t trust using the shelves.

We are regulars at Chipotle in West Orange NJ but that store has their ice machine broken quite often. Recalling the same, we visited East Hanover location this time and it wasn’t bad. The servers were kind. However, the location at East Hanover is sometimes out of regular fountain drink cups forcing you to buy the large cups instead. The difference in $$$ is not that much but still, you don’t need a large cup with a decent meal.
There was a slight hiccup where the cashier forgot to put the fountain drink cups in our bag but upon requesting, apologized and gave us the cups immediately.

The portions are so small! Even the rice, beans and salsa are skimped on.
I used to come here all the time after the gym (8-9pm) and about 2-3months ago the portions became tiny. I stopped coming and made the mistake of trying again tonight. Never again, not worth it.

Good Chipotle branch with friendly and efficient staff serving tasty food fast. The dining area was clean and organized. The tacos carnitas and steak rice bowl I got tasted great. Plenty of parking too. Very convenient location off NJ route 10 next to Michael’s.

Terrible customer service. I ordered chicken quesadilla via app but it was too spicy for me. I asked if I can switch it to the caritas and I’ll pay the difference and the female teenager cashier said that I already ate it. I took only ONE bite! I then asked to talk to the manager and she said she’s on a break. So I then asked who’s in charge and she responds, “I don’t know and I’m going to take my break soon.” I asked you don’t know what time your manager will be back from break and she just nods her head no. So decided to “chat” with someone on the mobile app and was able to get a free entree. When I went to place my order and the guy did not greet/smile. He just looked absolutely miserable. I dine-in and the cashier who I spoke to earlier took her break next to my table. You’d think she’d throw out the trash, but she left it there. I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location than come here again.
