Severely underwhelming experience.
The price of the food doesn’t match the quality or quantity you are served. I’m certain that the large pho is just more broth and nothing else. I should have asked for the extra noodles to be separate from the bowl, it seemed like my husband and friend received the same amount of noodles. You also receive the same amount of vegetables whether you get the large or the regular.
They do not serve tendon or tripe in their special pho and the meat they give you for $19.50(before tax) is not worth the price. I was sad but super hungry so we stayed.
I highly recommend going to the Vietnamese restaurant on Yadkin instead of here. Prices are fair for what you receive there!

I ordered the rare beef pho, and it was very delicious and flavorful! Noodles were well cooked and the broth itself was light and flavorful. The man who took my order (presumably the owner) was very friendly and efficient! Wait time for my order was about 5-8 min, so very fast service! Overall, great experience with delicious food in a calm atmosphere.

Pho & Grill Hut was fantastic! The beef and broccoli with fried rice was absolutely delicious—tender beef, perfectly cooked broccoli, and flavorful fried rice that was cooked just right. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The service was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. If you’re looking for great Vietnamese food with comforting flavors, this place is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back again!

My Husband and I specifically love their Pho but honestly everything on their menu taste great and the owner is super friendly and welcoming. At this point, we have dine-in, catered from them and also gotten takeout numerous times. Every time, the owner always remembers us and makes small conversations. The first time we got takeout, the pho broth accidentally spilled in my car while I was driving, and the owner was very understanding and sweet. I even offered to pay for the extra broth however he declined politely, went and got us more broth without any complaint. To this day, his kindness stuck with us. Even when we dine-in, the atmosphere is really relaxed. The food always comes out fast and hot. This place is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a restaurant that has great food, exceptional customer service, and care genuinely for their customers.

I ordered crab rangoon and beef rib pho. Everything was good. My pho didn’t have jalapeños but that definitely isn’t a deal breaker I’ll just ask for some next visit. The crab rangoons could stand a lil more filling but other than thay I can say this is some of the best pho I’ve had in Fayetteville. The place is clean and the service was great. My brisket pho came out with only 2 very thin slices of meat. When I asked if that’s all that it comes with the owner said “no I put eight to nine pieces” I showed him that there was only 2 pieces and he did go get more meat for us. Plus, we had to ask for jalapenos, I have never been to a pho place that doesn’t give jalapenos with the other veggies. Service was good tho and waitress was nice.

I submitted an online order but then received a notice that online ordering was closed. I went back in to cancel the order and was unable to. I have yet to find a solution. The reviews for this food are very good and I looked forward to enjoying them, but I can’t tell anything about the status of my order; what exactly is in it and when exactly it would be delivered.
