Fantastic dinner. Sat at the bar, Ben was a great bartender. Reasonably priced, good wine selection. Steak was cooked perfectly. Would recommend for anyone visiting Mankato who wants an amazing dinner.

Great atmosphere for a couple, we got a nice corner spot in the back, make sure if you do come here you reserve a time early because they’re usually very booked. They had the best ribs I’ve had and the best fries. They have a pretty big menu and lots of solid options

The food was absolutely incredible! The Caesar salad with mushrooms and steak tips was incredibly delicious along with the Bloody Mary’s, shrimp and bread. The bartender and the waitress was amazing. Very friendly waitress and bartender. The atmosphere was beautiful.

I heard about this place for a while, before finally finding it and checking it out myself. “Kind of a weird location” But we’ve gone twice and really enjoyed ourselves. We weren’t that excited about the appetizers, but the main courses and deserts were done well at a fair price. I’ve recommended friends and family to check it out.

I had the burger, and I’ll say it was sensational The blue cheese brought the funk while the cajun seasoning contributed the capsaicin It was a unique spicy-n-savory symphony for adventurous eater. And this applies to all the dishes with fries—these were absolutely amazing They weren’t from-the-freezer failures, but rather golden brown, crispy, and delightful. I’d eat a basket of ‘em on their own!
Fish and chips were flaky and light. Not too greasy, full of flavor and fried to perfection Paired with such heavenly fries, this was a potently perfect combo.
The Pizza was rich with Italian flavors, very cheesy and filling If you like olive oil and garlic, you won’t get sick of this appetizer Great to share… or devour on your own
Very fair prices, excellent variety, and elegant vibes at this place! Give it a try with a close friend to for a night of catching up.

The food was delicious! The filet was melt-in-your-mouth fabulous! We enjoyed our meal. Service was really slow but my guess is it isn’t usually like that!

This was our first time at this restaurant and bar. Tammy was our server. She kept our glasses full! We ordered dinner which comes with a basket of some freshly baked bread. It was so nummy! I ordered Fish and Chips, it was good. The place was clean, nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean as well. We received the food in good timing and the place was pretty busy. Reservations are highly recommended, however the couple ahead of us managed to get a table as well. They do have a dessert menu. I included a menu, but not, the menu is perhaps subject to change without notice. All was good!!

First time visit to Pappageorge. As I told my group, this place is like a hole in the wall. Nothing flashy to draw you in BUT it is one of the best places to go. The food, service and atmosphere are awesome. In the outskirts of Mankato and is a diamond in the rough. Will come back on my next business trip!
