Very clean atmosphere. Timothy was very help and encouraging .He is very professional. We sat in this location for the first time since renovations. We tried the deal with a personal pan and 4 boneless chicken pieces. We also enjoyed a salad. The salad bar was well stocked and cleaned. Items were fresh and plentiful. It was great. We will definitely return.

Our pizzas was horrible. The dough tasted sweet like part doughnut and part pizza dough. They also skimmed on the toppings. We ordered two 3 topping pizzas and it had very little cheese, a sprinkle of onions, mushrooms, and olives all for $30! We felt we got ripped off. My husband submitted a complaint in the chat and requested a refund. He was told he would have to wait 3 business days.

The new buffet is not good. Breadsticks were good but pizza was not! Atmosphere isn’t nice! It doesn’t feel like Pizza Hut! If you’re going to bring back buffet, bring back the checkered table and atmosphere from before. Server was nice but they couldn’t keep up with stocking buffet and it wasn’t busy! Won’t be back.

Took my husband for his birthday, he loves Pizza Hut. Doesn’t love this one tho. Usually do takeout at Smithfield one, first & last time eating at this one. Think only 2 employees working today but not very busy. Salad bar – couldn’t finish mine, no French dressing so tried Caeser. Not good. I ordered Big New Yorker Pepperoni Pizza. Worst one I’ve ever eaten. Very thin, dry, hardly any sauce or cheese & sprinkled with way too much of that yucky seasoning mix they’ve been adding. (At home tried washing it off & added sauce, cheese & pepperoni that I went & bought from store). Waiter never offered tea refills, asked if we needed anything, how was the food or brought check. Husband got a Supreme, not good. He says poorly made, no taste, barely any sauce & paid extra to add pineapple but hardly any on it.
I worked at Pizza Hut many years ago & they sure have gone downhill. Seems sit down customers are unusual & almost a bother as so much of their business is now take-out.

I ordered online from the Pizza Hut website. I spent over $88 dollars on this order and only received half my order, with Pizza missing toppings that i paid extra for, and also missing dips, and missing an entire $20 Pizza and food that i did get was completely DRY! The Pizza Hut shop handed my order over to Door Dash. I tried calling the store numerous times! All my calls went straight to a call center that couldn’t even help me! I was hung up on and just transferred around countless times! Hung up on until I couldn’t take it anymore!!! I will never order from Pizza Hut again!!! Pizza Hut stoll my money and didn’t even give me close to what I ordered!!! People had to go without eating!!! How is this ok!!! Never again!!! If you would like to make this right please contact me! Otherwise please just go out of business because this is not ok to treat paying customers in this way!!!

I ordered delivery and got a sauce pizza with a little cheese and pepperoni. Of course that’s not what I ordered why there is more sauce then even crust on this thing is absurd. Most disgusting pizza ever received and my non picky husband won’t even eat its that bad. After the outrageous cost to then receive this is sad a disappointment. What happened to the golden rule don’t serve something you wouldn’t eat yourself !!!!!!! These restaurants just sending out whatever now at double the cost. Done with take out anything !

Warm and courteous will get customers returning time after time! Pizza Hut has been consistent over many years from my childhood til 2025! Our visit to the Zebulon, NC Pizza Hut was one of the cleanest ever! Thanks management and staff for your presentation to the public as one of a few places of simple cleanliness!

The customer service here is terrible and it starts with management. We placed an mobile order on the night of 09/01. Received confirmation that the order will be ready at 8:50pm. We arrived at 8:49pm, once we parked the Caucasian lady, which I assumed is the manager locked the door. My husband got out and told her we had a carry out order, she told him with an attitude to go around to drive thru and then made a comment to the employee who was inside. Of course, once we went through the drive thru she wasn’t the one to give us our food. I’m sure the doors were suppose to be locked at 9:00pm.; however, that’s not the issue, the attitude towards customer is the issue. I never understood people applying for customer service jobs but are not customer service driven. The African American lady attitude at the drive thru wasn’t any better but as I mentioned I believe the manager sets the tone. This restaurant was remodel years ago but that doesn’t matter when the staff are hard to deal with. Sidenote: The food was good just wish the tone of the restaurant matched.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIMES! This is not my first time experiencing a long wait for my pick-up order, but after a few months, I decided to give them another try. WRONG decision. I waited over 1 1/2 hours after the recommended pick-up time for my food and left with nothing! The “manager” was in the back frustrated and yelling on the phone for over an hour. She outright refused to come to the counter and acknowledge the lobby full of upset customers who were waiting on their food. She also refused to give any refunds because she was too busy and was “in the hole” on orders. After being threatened by an employee and them telling me to “keep waiting” I actually had to call the police! This was the only way to get my refund on food I never received because she would not come out of the back. This all occurred within a span of 1 hour and 45 min. Managers like this are ruining the Pizza Hut brand.

Food tastes great, but my order is incorrect more often than not.
The staff are very kind people, and the restaurant is clean and organized.
The food is made well…I just seem to receive an order that is half wrong very often….tonight, I ordered traditional wings and a pizza.
The wings were the correct flavor, but were breaded boneless wings….which are little more than glorified chicken nuggets.
Maybe this will improve in the coming year and I can update this to reflect a positive trend. One can hope, right?
