Nope never coming here again. Shame on the manager who thinks they run the show your not the store manager stop treating your servers like crap and maybe do your job. It wasn’t the server that ticked me off she did a wonderful job better than the actual manager. What I’m upset about is how the manager treated the employee she was doing her best and that is what counts. Also if I give a server a tip it’s for the server not the manager. I don’t care if the manager took a few drinks from my table and was helping the server in training, but in my eyes I watched you stealing my money that I was giving to the server that took my order brought me my food, fixed my issues, and did her job. the point of the matter is the manager doesnt need server tips makes way more than the server, and shouldn’t be allowed to disrespect employees around customers makes the business look bad.

Server was very rude and food took forever. He was sitting in the window and then when she brought us our food, I said it was cold and I asked for crispy hashbrowns, and my girlfriend did not get that they were soggy and cold. The only thing hot was my son‘s pancakes.

If this is Dennys threescore you can go there and either get decent service or you can take 90 minutes to get your food. It could be good or it could be burnt up. It could be nice sized or you could two bites. You could get out the way you like or they could charge you ten dollars for sub side items. It could be nice or it could be real real bad. I don’t know where the Burger den comes in but it’s Denny’s. The Burger den must be there online ordering site which the physical restaurant is Denny’s and that’s why when the food was like any other Denny’s maybe a little better than some other Denny’s but Denny’s is Denny’s people. But the Burger den sounds cool but what about the other food you serve do you have a breakfast den a spaghetti den a milkshake den a pop den or pen in a pancake then you have all them dens in there too. I don’t understand it should say the Burger den on the sign then.
