I always like Chipotle. Delicious, but not too special. This one in particular was extremely busy. Long lines up to the door. Seems mostly patronized by college age students. The workers did their best considering how busy it was, so it’s not their fault they didn’t get 5 stars– it’s scheduling and management. They were so busy for the hour that we were there, no one had time to check restrooms, refill hot sauce bottles, wipe customer contact surfaces (tables, drink center, etc). It was messy but there wasn’t anything they could do about it. I’m betting management has told the workers they have to prioritize serving food and moving lines along, over cleaning. I’ve worked food service before and it’s common to be understaffed and push the more “front facing” roles and neglect cleanliness.

Anyway, it was fine. The food was good and healthy and tasted just like always, which i love.

Try to order from the app. Don’t do that. If I would have known there was 20 cars in line and not moving I never would have ordered from an app that refuses to refund your money. Sat in line for 10 minutes line still did not move so I attempted to get a refund and it did not work. The app does not work unless there’s literally nothing going on of the store. Pretty clever way to trap you into pre-purchasing something and then when you get there finding out that it’s going to take way way longer than the anticipated.

I was looking forward to lunch with my friend. The team at Chipotle let me know that rice would be delayed for about 15 minutes. No problem, my lunch guest was a little ways out.

We got to the line to order and Honesty greeted us with a friendly smile and as we started to order the team Gabe came up with the rice, and we were off to a great meal.

Laurie, Marvis, and Jacob were working back in the kitchen working away. There was friendly conversation going on as the team communicated tasks. It created a friendly buzz in the restaurant.

The food was ready shortly, and we paid our bill and sat down to a delicious meal. There weren’t any issues, just great customer service from the team and great food. I won’t hesitate to be back to this location.

I am so beyond fed up with this location. Common sense would tell me that you wouldn’t skimp on certain ingredients (specifically corn salsa and rice) if you know that this person is getting a veggie bowl, and you are completely out of fajita veggies and cilantro. Common sense would also tell me that if you’ve clearly miss rolled a burrito, and it’s falling apart, you would re roll it. Neither of these things happened. Not only this, but the employees were also clearly messing around in the back rather than working. Staff was incredibly unprofessional. I had three entrees to order, and I swear the two employees that were actually “helping” tried to make it as complicated as possible. I’ve been to this location numerous times, and it just keeps getting worse. I would avoid this location entirely.

All I can say is, the person who made my food was professional enough. But to put it best, all the im assuming were managers and half the employees were in the back and walking in and out of what id assume was the office all the while a few just casually being on their phones while this is happening. And while this was going on a line starts forming and the only one handling it is the single guy on the make line, and i hear another employee call him lazy yet he was the only one doing his job except the guy at the window, and the guy preparing the meat, and the dude who was cleaning; and I thought the place was just understaffed which would be understandable, but their were at least 3-4 more people running in and out the back which as someone who use to work in the food industry I know that means your either hiding away so you can sit down or your in the back smoking. Im not one to gripe, I just heard things like this about this place; and figured people were exaggerating. They are not exaggerating about this place unfortunately. I will come here again as this place is close to me and I love chipotles food. I just wont expect good service from this store and wont come again at night. I dont even want an apology, because I am personally fine. The only part that angers me is the hypocrisy shown to the older guy on the make line and the fact if I was doing what the other employees were doing when I worked in the food industry previously; i would have been fired after only a few warnings. And these situations are why I am glad to be not working in the food industry anymore. I dont mean to ramble, just for a company with millions of dollars at its disposal, this is absolutely sad and disappointing.

Chipotle as a brand is great, but this specific location has been consistently disappointing. They have messed up my order multiple times, and the staff at the pickup window often leave customers waiting for several minutes for no clear reason.

Today, I was kept waiting at the window for about four minutes. The staff made eye contact with me but continued doing other tasks instead of handing me my order. When they finally did, it took only a few seconds to give it to me. There was no explanation for the delay.

Overall, this feels like poor management and lack of customer awareness. I hope Chipotle addresses these issues and improves the service at this location.

Food was pretty good, but the service is kinda bad, the woman taking my order rushed me along and didn’t give me 2 of the things i asked for, and just passed my burrito off to the next dude, everyone was ok but her, she wasn’t rude just maybe a bit too quick to dismiss me cause i lowkey wanted to buy a 3rd burrito but she started talking to the next guy and making his burrito before i could respond.

I just recommend online orders atp, the customer service isn’t their strong suit anymore

I would not stop here again if it was the only place open and I was famished. The service is HORRIBLE. Everyone has nasty attitudes and they rush you through as if you being there is ruining their night. On top of it, it’s filthy. Food everywhere on the ground, tables, and chairs. Trash was overflowing, everywhere. While there, I witnessed them arguing with another customer about their order being wrong. They refused to remake her food and continued to talk crap about her once she left. Just honestly embarrassing to even eat here

The person preparing my meal seemed bothered that I was there. She rushed me along as if I was keeping her from something more important (for context, this was about 1pm on a Tuesday). They were out of brown rice (no big deal) but the peppers and onions looked severely overcooked. Most containers were empty or nearly empty. As far as taste the “steak” in my bowl was grisly and super dry. I doubt I’ll return.

Staff today 2:50pm extremely rude. I walked in asking for the buy one burrito get another free. I did not know it started at 4pm. It was almost 3pm at this point. I asked a young man who was nice to ask the manager for me if they could make an exception, there is a winter storm today, I am pregnant and wanted to ask just in case. I would have still ordered even if they said no but the lady at check out yelled the loudest NO and she wasn’t even the one who was asked. I looked over and she rudely yelled NO again. The gentleman that was helping me had no words. I felt so disrespected and walked out. I was the only customer there and now I see why. Never again.
