Blu Burger Grille is a hospitality driven restaurant specializing in award-winning craft burgers for over a decade. Build Your Own, or simply choose one of the tested and proven classics and leave it to the chef. The menu is designed for any creative eater, featuring premium meats such as all natural Angus, Prime Grade Beef, Bison, and Turkey. Also on the menu is vegetarian and vegan options, a range of gourmet toppings, and delicious buns with gluten-free options. We visited Blu Burger with our two kids last weekend, and it was delicious! We started out with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts- those were the best and even our 3yo loved them! I had the Metropolitan Burger and my husband had the Steakhouse Wagyu Burger, both so packed with flavor and each element complimented the next. Our kids each enjoyed a build your own kids burger and they loved the sweet potato fries. The service was excellent- we were well taken care of our whole visit. We will definitely be back soon!

My husband and I went for dinner last night for the first time as they were having a fundraiser for Southwest Wildlife. The food and service were amazing. Sat at the bar and Debbie served us. All of the staff were very attentive. We were also impressed with how much they give back to the community. We live in the northwest valley of Phoenix but will happily make the drive over for lunch, dinner and happy hour! Happy hour is seven days a week! Cheers!

Met an ex neighbor here for lunch, had not been here in a long time.
Ordered their new Black and Blue burger and it was REALLY good. The horseradish Aioli has a kick that compliments the blue cheese and buttermilk marinated fried onions!
My ex neighbor had the Strawberry salad and mentioned multiple times how good it was.
And I had a New Belgium 1554 that if you like dark smooth chocolatey beers, is a MUST Try!!!
Will be back sooner this time!!!

I ordered to go from here and the pasta was one of the worst so overcooked and oily. the chicken was in small cubes, which was low quality and not at all what I was expecting, especially for the price. to make it worse, no utensils and no straw for my drink, which is basic for takeout. for how much this costs, I expected much better quality lol idk how this place has good reviews

I would give this place a ten star review because the serving and the atmosphere is so nice and peaceful. They help their customers with kind and respectful. They would drop anything to help customers. The food is amazing. A lot of the best barbecue burgers and fish and chips are amazing. The best management is there too. They are very hard workers. Blu burger is very good all around with nice people. I definitely 100% recommend it to go here and try their food and their services for you.

Took my wife to dinner here Monday, September 29, 2025; she highly recommended this restaurant. and had been to lunch with girl friend in august. There is plenty of on site parking. Great selection of burgers here. My wife and I had the big Blu Burger, coleslaw and onion rings side. Delicious and huge burger. Our server was Cynthia S. who was professional, courteous, and personable. She was helpful with suggestions for dinner. We asked to move to a booth and were easily accommodated . She often checked back with us if we wanted anything else. Highly recommend this particular place. Had a great chat with Brandon, owner about previous review and response. He pointed out his response to review. He is very concerned and wants everyone to dining to enjoy and have a great dining experience.

Arrived by 4:45 to take advantage of the happy hour drinks, which I had a flyer with coupons that didn’t expire until the end of month and stated happy hour until 5pm. Seated and go order the happy hour drink, and was told it was changed to 4:30 and wouldn’t honor the printed ad I brought. Very disappointed with false advertising!! Burgersa are always great, and love the zucchini fries, but would have liked to get a drink.

The Wagyu burger was delicious. One in our party loves the salmon too. Topping it off with some homemade gelato made the meal. Friendly and attentive servers too. Highly recommend making the drive out here.
