I ordered 12 hot wings and some JoJo’s from there last night 3/5/26. That was the nastiest hot wings I’ve ever had from KFC, they were cooked in old oil and smelled horribly and burnt. The JoJo’s were also not cooked in fresh grease and even the doctors at the hospital smelled the wings and JoJo’s and said there was no way they were fresh. I ended up throwing away the wings and JoJo’s and wasted $20. Don’t come to this KFC it’s not worth the money and the service isn’t all that great either. Safe your money and eat elsewhere!!!

They did not give me the drink nor sauce that I ordered for my kid’s meal. My kiddo was no happy about her missing Capri Sun and dipping sauce for her tenders. There was no way to notify them through the app.

If you’re planning on getting a Turkey from KFC on Christmas Eve. If they do it, don’t do it, you will be waiting at least an hour. Past your pickup time. I went in for chicken, my order was supposed to be done at noon, it was not done by noon because they were putting the turkeys before anyone else. And then when I did get my order. If I wouldn’t have checked I would’ve went home with half my order missing. They only gave me a quarter of my food like seriously dudes, if you’re going to make Turkey’s figure it out and not just make turkey make chicken too.

Horrible. Ordered a simple 12 piece chicken for 1:30 called hours ahead to schedule it for 1pm instead which they said was okay. I arrived at 1:10 and they said i needed to pull to door and wait. It’s 1:52 and i still don’t have my order. I purposely placed it days ahead to be ready on time. Terrible customer service.

Came by here the other day having my heart set on trying the chicken pot pies and was disappointed that they were out around 8pm. Tonight I called ahead to check and they were able to prepare some in time for my arrival and boy was it worth it! The crust had a nice crisp at the edges yet still flaky, and more so towards the center. The pie remained nice and hot inside even when I got home and took some time to settle in before eating. The chicken was hearty, tender and delicious. Along with the potatoes, peas, carrots and gravy, it all came together perfectly creating an amazing combination of flavors. I dare say it is the best chicken pot pie I’ve had thus far!
