Big Apple Pizza, does pizza and their customers right. Great customer service, great sanitation score, great food, and a cool atmosphere. I’ve been a customer since 2009, and always been happy with what I ordered. Today there was some communication issues with the app that resulted in us not getting the pizza we thought we ordered. We called and talked to the manager and they happily made it right, which just impressed us more than we already were. Thanks Big Apple! You’re the best!

This has been my favorite place to eat in Havelock. The pizza is pretty good and they have a very large venue selection. I think their food is a little on the pricey side but I’m always happy with what I get so I pay the price. If you get a slice of pizza make sure you eat it there and not to go. It doesn’t taste the same by the time you get home. Garlic knots are okay they need to be covered and garlic and butter. I like them to be extra unhealthy. The salads are so fresh and the dressings are really good. Definitely check this place out.

Ordered over $40 worth of food, got home and the wings were overcooked and had hardly no meat on them, called and asked for another order they said they would replace 4 of them. (These wings were $16)
You would think the fact that we spent $16 on 10 wings and that we had to drive all the way back up there that they would have the decency to replace the whole wing order, but no.

Big Apple has great white pizza! Today I tried the spinach calzone and it was so good! It was crispy on the outside and cheesy gooey goodness on the inside. My daughter ate her spaghetti with butter, too, so that was a win! I got a slice to go for later.
The overall theme is NYC, and some of the decor is on point, others, not so much? I like the subway map in the waiting area, but the fashion bags in the bathroom are sort of *meh. The bathrooms are always clean, though!
Side note: My daughter really likes their sandwich board sign in the ordering area.

What a goood placeee!!! Finally! After trying all the pizzas in new Bern. I tried the big apple in new Bern and I like the pizza there but the service is really bad.
But here? You have everything, good service, good atmosphere and GOOD PIZZA! thank you so much. I’ll be back.

I’m from Havelock but am living in Texas and came to visit for the holidays. The restaurant has upgraded so much and the seating by and flow is great! The pizza is delicious and the variety of the menu is great for Havelock. The portions are a good size and they offer a variety of beer in wine in addition to non-alcoholic beverages. I was very impressed that my long time favorite pizza place has made some amazing changes! Enjoy!

Order for pick up tonight, ordered 2 super italian wraps and the wrap in the picture is what i got, clearly not a super italian! 1 piece of meat, no balsamic either! 2/26/2025
We order from here a lot at least 2 to 3 times a month. The past couple of orders have been horrible! We always order the super Italian wrap with bacon and extra cheese. We ordered it last night, the wraps came with 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of each kind of meat and no bacon. We called and let them know and the manager only wanted to give us store credit. After discussing it with her she had new ones made and sent out. The new wraps were much heavier and had more meat, cheese and toppings in them.
Whoever is making the wraps needs to do a better job the first time and not try to jip customers out of their money especially those who order on a regular basis.
The quality of this place has definitely gone down hill.
