Terrible service stood and waited 20 minutes for food while 3 workers/kids stood around and talked. Finally asked when we would get out food and black girl w head phone which had just refreshed her personal sweet tea said, “you got 4 more in front of you. “. Asked for refund and guy came out and completed same and said “enjoy as he handed me a refund slip”. While waiting on refund, woman that was the 4th order in front of us said she had been waiting a while also. Without doubt the worst zaxbys I’ve been to. Must only be 1 cook.

I pulled through the drive-through one evening for to take already about four minutes for them to take my order. Once I pull around to the window and pay for my order, I received the drinks and they asked me to pull up so I can get off their timer. I pulled up and waited 25 minutes. When my food didn’t come, I walked back in and demanded a refund. Here comes the coworker from out side now walking back in with my food. Horrible service, and on top of that the chicken wings were undercooked and the french fries were undercooked like hell.

Black girl with pink jacket made disrespectful faces at us once she seen that our cheer football team were all comming to eat there . Slammed the drive through window and stormed off. But food was good and cashier with braces was nice

Probably one of the best Zaxby’s I have experienced. Order was taken quickly, our food was delivered quickly to our table (Sarah B) with a smile! When I asked for condiments they gave me a small bag to hold them as well. Facilty was clean. When we were leaving with our boxes, another employee asked if we needed a bag. These things might be small gestures but it’s not usual anymore at fast food places. These small courtesies make the experience much better. Keep it up guys!

I placed my order online for pickup and waited over 30mins. My food was ready 10 mins before I said anything to Tania who was the rudest cashier I’ve ever spoke with. She told me she didn’t care. My food wasn’t hot by the time I asked about my food sitting there waiting to be put in a bag. Customer service was a -5/0. I’ll definitely not be back.
