The buff looking bald manager with the glasses is the nicest chipotle employee I’ve ever met. He treats both customers and employees very well and is always so positive. Visited the Chipotle on Green Spot in Highland (San Bernardino) on December 4th at around 12 in the afternoon, and I was seriously impressed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything, they had a full team working, and every person was being utilized in the most efficient way I’ve ever seen at a Chipotle. The line moved fast, the food was prepared perfectly, and the whole restaurant was incredibly clean. You can tell this location takes pride in their service. One of the best Chipotle experiences I’ve had!

2nd Time at this location and never again small portions rude no customer service skills and horrible wrapping skills it took 2 people to pass me up in line while 5 workers tried to wrap the burrito the cashier was like it’s good we got this I stated to double wrap that still did not work she was still so inconsiderate and another worker asked if I wanted it double wrapped I stated it should be the cashier then looked at me with a dumb face. This place needs some serious training I’ll be making my own food from here on out.

Wonderful location and staff. Went today for their Dodger promo and was in & out within 15 minutes. The staff was able to manage the out the door line without failure. It’s also nice to see 2 Managers on the line helping their team. Not only that but the food was perfect. My husband & I will be coming again to this location.

This store is closed! I placed an mobile order for pick up at 6pm on Nov 1, 2025. When I got there its pitch dark and they are closed yet still taking mobile orders? Make it make sense! No notice at the restaurant of any closure. It still says they are open here on google maps. There is nothing on the internet about closure either. They are not open! They took my money on the mobile app, no one answers the chat or phone number. I cant be the only one this has happened to? This is fraud.
