I scheduled a delivery for 7:00 PM. The driver arrived close to 8:00 PM and informed me she had picked up the wrong order and needed to return to the store, which I understood. After calling the store, I was told she was one minute away, but I waited an additional 20 minutes and still did not receive my order. By 9:00 PM, I had to cancel. This experience was very unprofessional, especially considering I live only five minutes from the store and the order was small. The delivery drivers name was Aliana.

Visiting in the area my gps gave me the incorrect address. I called the store and was able to confirm the correct address. Staff was helpful and the pizza looks amazing!!! Rodney was wonderful brought my pizza directly to my Semi with a smile and great energy.

Let me tell you this! I got a treat today! I tried the NEW! Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread. It was delicious!!!! It was soft, and it was soft crunchy in all the right places. It was rightly proportion with cheese and pepperoni. They drizzled butter a garlic on top. Simply magically delicious!! There’s only one suggestion that I will make, that is not so much of the liquid drizzle. I dipped my PCB in some marinara sauce, which I feel should come with the meal free of charge. The young man who checked me out was very pleasant. Thank you. Great job 3000 Airways Blvd!

I had 2 canceled order on the 25th of Sept. one of which they canceled without my permission and both were already paid. 43.84 per order online and I still haven’t received my refund. The time line was 3-5 business days. And when I went in, I still paid another 43.84 to get my order… I am out of 87.68 and it seems that none of the staff including management have a priority to make amends… this location should just shut down… or sold to people who care about customer service… I wish I could vote 0 stars.. because that’s what they deserve… never pre pay for your order at this location you will have to hassle and wait for YOUR money back that’s if you ever do… Angry and STILL waiting

I ordered delivery and I tipped in the app. When the driver got here she said I didn’t tip her and refused to give me my food until I tipped. I went ahead and tipped in cash to not cause an argument. As soon as she left my cash app sent me a notification about my total which included a tip. Is this a scam Dominos runs on customers or what? Why should I tip twice? The location is 3000 Airways Memphis, TN. Will not be ordering from there again

This was my first time ordering a carry-out from this location. I’ve have heard bad things about this location. But I like this location it had plenty of parking. The inside store has been updated. It’s even a place for you to sit and eat. On this particular night the store was clean and the staff was very friendly. My pizza what’s hot out of the oven. TERRIBLE. We were notified that the driver was arriving at our hotel. We went down to wait in the lobby…waited for almost an hour and still no pizza. We called the store twice and both times the man who answered was very rude and told us to “just be patient and wait” and then hung up. When it finally arrived, it was cold, old, and burned around the edges.
Very poor customer service. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a Dominoes. Save yourself the headache and don’t order from this location.
